Dr Nyla’s Medispa is amazing from the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome and comfortable. The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable about all the products and treatments they offer.
I’ve just finished my course of Morpheus 8 with Anita and she has been great, reassuring throughout the course and advised me on other treatments and skin care. I can’t wait to see my final results in 12 weeks time!

I had an appointment at Medispa Castlerock house yesterday. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Justine who was very warm, professional and welcoming, who made me feel confident with the company straight away.
Then I proceeded to a consultation with Anita, again very warm, professional and welcoming. Anita spent some time going through some options with me and was very knowledgeable and honest which made me feel confident with going with her recommendations.
My experience of this company so far is that I have had a very positive experience and I am looking forward to my treatment.

After giving a negative review regarding my first visit , Dr nyla and the practice manager got in touch with me , very concerned about my exprience there. They were very kind and caring and apologetic . I was touched and impressed by their level of concern , that I have changed my mind into going back there in the future . Even though, I have not yet had any treatments done there , and my first negative review which I have deleted , was based on some of the staff 's attitude , not Dr Nyla , cos my first impression of Dr Nyla was that she was really nice and professional , for the level of thoughtfulness and concern that Dr Nyla and her managers showed me after that revieiw , I ' m changing my review to a 5 star. I think Dr Nyla really cares about her patients.

I had software done three months ago as I just wanted something not obvious wanted it really subtle and I definitely don’t want fillers. I’ve come back from my review today and I have to say I look so much better just refreshed. I’m really happy with the service that they provided the Doctor Who saw me was really lovely and I loved Nurse Antonio she is excellent Really gave me good honest advice.

I first met the team at Mayfair Medispa around 18 months ago when one of my best friends recommended their services after she had ul therapy with them and had phenomenal results . I went along with an open mind however I knew that I wanted a medical team of doctors. This was really important to me as I am worried about some people who can look overly done to me. It was important that they look natural and understated just like I had a refreshed appearance. In March I turned 50 so it can be extremely daunting having treatments which may look drastically different to how I want to come across. I met Dr Dean who was a really lovely considerate doctor. He was very caring and explained carefully all of the choices that I had. I also had the opportunity to meet with Dr Nyla and she was very informative giving me lots of time to think and contemplate on the different types of treatment. She advised me not to rush because she knew that I was uncertain and instead told me to consider her options in return after a couple of weeks.

When I returned, I rebooked with Dr Dean who again reiterated the advice and then proceeded to perform a BBL laser treatment on me. The results have been phenomenal and I can really recommend this treatment and the doctor as well as the clinic to anyone who is 50+ and hesitant to pursue treatments, to try to improve your aesthetic appearance.

I would highly recommend this to everybody who wants to have a really brilliant experience with lots of explanation and people who are patient centric from the start of the experience to the treatment and the after-care which they provide!

I have previously had Ultherapy, and I then decided to have ultracel on this occasion, as my friend also had this treatment and she noted that it was much more effective than her previous treatment. I spoke at length with the Doctor Who consulted with me, Dr Kamran and he was a very knowledgeable, young man. He filled me with hope that I could achieve an effective tightening and lifting in one or at the most two sessions.

I’ve now returned today for my follow up and I have to say that the results are just as he advised . I have now been recommend recommended a course of polynucleotides, which I will be starting with nurse Antonia next week.

I have consulted with nurse Antonia today and she advised me regarding the benefits of this treatment and has booked me in for next week when she has her next availability.

I will update you regarding my outcome once I’ve had this new treatment, but certainly on ultrasound. I can wholeheartedly say you made me feel years younger.

Had genuinely excellent results tbat seem to get better and better

I went for a consultation at this clinic I wanted a skin tightening treatment.
I was taken into a room by Dr Nyla, her female colleague, and a gentleman who, I learned, performed injectable procedures. When asked what I was looking for, I told her I wanted to look at skin-tightening treatments.
She then showed me lots of slides of different treatments shouting out the different prices as she showed me the slides I asked about a treatment called Soft-wave, for my face and she recommended cool sculpting for under my chin, she also said I could have another treatment that tightened the muscles under the skin for £4000 at a later date, I told her I would have to discuss this with my husband first because it was so expensive. I was told they could do the softwave & cool sculpting straight away. I was then taken to a treatment room while sitting on the bed I was given consent forms to sign, there was an urgency to act quickly and have numbing cream applied no time was given to read the consent forms.
The cream was applied and I then had some kind of clamp attached to my throat, it was the most uncomfortable feeling I have ever had & felt like I was choking, this lasted 30 minutes & I could not wait for it to finish, had the beautician not left the room I would have stopped the treatment. As I had already got the numbing cream on I went ahead with the Softwave which was also a very unpleasant experience in some parts of the face Both procedures are meant to be one-offs so when the girl said I could do with having another treatment under my chin I immediately refused saying it’s the most uncomfortable procedure I have ever had and would not do it again. By the time I went to the reception desk to pay, I felt quite traumatised. I was shocked when I was asked to pay £4000,700 & felt embarrassed to say anything as women were sitting in the reception area. At no time was I told one treatment was £4000 & the other was £700 & nothing was written down. As I said to her I would not have a treatment that costs £4000 without talking it over with my husband. I am writing this review to warn other women to be very careful when dealing with this company and I would advise you to have all costs written down and go home & research first. I have since found out my treatment would have cost me half at another clinic up the road.
And the treatment did not make any difference to my skin whatsoever.

Came in for a consultation and the ladies were amazing, I had Dr Nyla and Billie both really nice. Billie was very patient with me and reassured and answered all my questions.
