“I ordered five collars and leashes from dogIDs, including two that were meant to be gifts. I even ordered those separately hoping they would arrive faster, but everything took a very long time and the gifts did not arrive in time.
One collar arrived with the wrong phone number engraved, which was their mistake. I emailed them and received no apology, just a message saying they would send a replacement. After waiting over a month, I had to email again asking where it was, and they said it had just shipped. Pictures were sent.
When the replacement finally arrived about 6-8 weeks later, it had the correct number but the wrong color. I sent pictures clearly showing the issue and they have not responded at all.
Another problem is that the numbers are hard to read because of the stitching and placement on the collar. I ordered a light blue collar with black writing and it is difficult to see. The number gets partially covered when the collar is on the dog, which defeats the purpose of having identification.
They advertise “100% satisfaction guaranteed,” but that has not been my experience. There is also no phone number to call, so you are stuck waiting for slow email responses.
Overall, very disappointing customer service with a product that do not look as good as the pictures when they advertise. Would not recommend using this company !
