The blanket is exactly what I wanted, thank you and the image of our beloved Labrador smiling back at me just made my Christmas.

Socks came super fast and the quality is good. These are xmas presents so can't comment on fit and feel.

I usually love shopping at Dogsy, though they are very slow at delivering.

However, this time has been appalling. I spent over £100 on my order, it's been 11 days and I still haven't received it. I have emailed them twice and have had ZERO response.

Evri said it was 'expecting the parcel' on the 8th, it's now the 11th and they still don't have it. It's now Thursday so it is very concerning this is now going to run into next week.

I would NOT order from them if you need a delivery within a week. You will not receive it. I'm not just saying that because of this issue, every order has taken over a week, but just not as long as this one with no updates whatsoever.

I have ordered before with no problem, but my last order placed , one of the cushion i had requested was completely wrong, and not to confirmation of my order. i have emailed 4 times , and im still waiting for a reply to confirm if they will ship a free of charge replacement or my money back, the phone number given gets directed to another business, so with no reply it has left me feeling i cant give a good review, which is a shame , if i do get a resolution, i will be sure to increase my stars to a review , but currently disappointed
