Laughably bad. Service when missing connection is via the worst AI chatbot I have ever experienced, and then the outcome is rebook everything yourself and submit a claim form. The claim form doesn't accept iban numbers or bank account numbers with a letter as a digit.
Just pay the extra and book with a reputable airline.

The claim was eventually processed and I did receive reimbursement, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience was far more stressful and exhausting than it should have been.
Throughout the process, I constantly had to follow up myself, resend documents multiple times, and push for updates in order for the case to move forward. Communication between departments did not seem well coordinated, and I often received generic responses instead of clear guidance.
I had to keep screenshots, emails, tickets, and every detail organized on my own because I felt that if I did not actively chase the case, nothing would progress. For a service that is specifically purchased for peace of mind during travel disruptions, the process created a significant amount of unnecessary stress and frustration.
In the end, the reimbursement was handled, but the customer experience and communication process definitely need improvement.

One of the two flights was canceled by Norse Airline. Now, It's impossible to take the second flight. I have to cancel my second flight but I want a refund.

I have waited over an hour on the phone. My second leg of the journey was rescheduled and no longer meets my needs. After they finally answered and just about took my details, the call got disconnected and it was not from my end. When i call back it says all lines are busy and just hangs up. Dohop has caused me more aggravation than the rescheduled flight!

Avoid at all costs, flights were cancelled ,nearly two months and cant get refund issued . Very quick and efficient to take money out but no communication and response to request of refund .

Booked flights through Dohop which they would not later cancel! They referred me to the airline who told me they could not cancel because the booking was made through Dohop!
This is a scam that should be avoided and dealt with by IATA!
