I am very satisfied so far with the service I have received to-date . However, I am waiting on a response to enable me to move forward with the next step towards our journey later in the year.

They were really understanding, I got almost all my money back.

This was by far the most frustrating and disappointing booking experience I’ve ever had.
I booked what looked like a normal flight via the EasyJet website, but it turned out to be handled by Dohop without any clear indication. When one flight segment (OPO–VXE) was cancelled, the entire trip became useless — and that’s when the nightmare started.
Instead of solving the problem, Dohop:
- Sent me back and forth between them and the airline
- Refused to refund their own fees (even though the trip became impossible)
- Forced me to book a new flight myself and then submit a claim
- Could not guarantee reimbursement upfront
- Gave vague timelines like “30+ days” with no commitment
- Provided an AI chatbot that could not answer basic questions
Even worse, their “ConnectSure protection” — which I paid for — did not actually rebook the flight, but required me to:
- Pay for a new ticket myself
- Submit a claim
- Wait and hope for reimbursement
This is not a service — it’s shifting all risk and work to the customer.
Looking at other customer experiences, this seems to be a recurring issue: people are often unaware they are booking through Dohop and end up stuck between airline and platform when something goes wrong . Others describe the same pattern of being told to rebook themselves and chase refunds afterward .
In 2026, this kind of process is simply unacceptable.
Conclusion:
Dohop adds cost, complexity, and risk — without delivering real support when it matters.
Never again. Book directly with the airline.

The service we received from Dohop was pretty good. We had booked flights with them from Corsica to Geneva and Geneva to Manchester. The airline cancelled the flight from Corsica to Geneva and Dohop obtained the refund for the second leg.

I had a slight problem booking my flights due to my bank. Because of this the insurance didn't go on. One quick email to DOHOP and it was very quickly sorted.

Once I got hold of a human and not AI ... everything was easy..

Mika, the agent who helped me, was very supportive and patient with me and managed to contact the airline to change the flights due to schedule change that happened again.

Avoid booking connecting flights with this company at all costs! One of my connecting flights with EasyJet was cancelled, however as I made the booking via Dohop (on EasyJet’s website/app) EasyJet were unable to issue a refund. I was then passed back and forth between EasyJet and Dohop and have been going round in circles ever since. I eventually had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider as Dohop refused to assist with any rebooking due to me not paying for their additional insurance product. Their customer service staff could not be any more rude and unhelpful!

After a delayed flight, and a flight connection lost, both transavia, both bought on dohop website, neither the 3 contact phone Numbers on there website answer the phone, neither their chat 24/7, not even with WhatsApp. We couldnt solve our problem. 0 assistance. From me its 0 stars.

The support provided was excellent service, but the payment process is not easy if you have both Sterling and Euro fares from easyJet. The payment continues to fail and you have to pay/process each leg of the trip separately, in my case 4 separate transactions. This gives you multiple booking references, however they can be managed on the EJ app, together.

Booked three flights with easyJet. One direct and a two-leg return. I had three easyJet booking references from easyJet, all good. Sadly easyJet cancelled the first leg of my return. Thus it was impossible for me to make the second leg. These things happen.
It's what happened next thats disturbing. EasyJet cut me off and sent me to a company called dopehop. Turns out if you book more than a return flight on easyjst.com you're actually booking though a low-rent third party called dopehop. Problem is this is invisible, the booking site is easyjet.com, all orange and safe. But it's not.
I'd never heard of dopehop until I needed my second leg flight refunded, they told me no, as I didn't have insurance. Insurance for what, this is not disruption easyJet cancelled my connecting flight.
Dopehop may respond with a carefully crafted response to this, but in simple terms easyJet wouldn't win any awards. But dopehop are a scandal in the making.

“Flight Connections by Easyjet” is a scam disguised as an easyjet website… I went to the easyjet website and searched for a one way trip between two cities without a direct flight. I was immediately sent to this Flight Connections by Easyjet, which looked like the original Easyjet website, and booked the two connecting flights without noticing there was a hidden booking and service fee that ammounted to 58€ for 3 people. Upon paying, I received three different emails, with two independent easyjet reservations and the dohop service fee, which I could have avoided by booking both flights myself, one at a time.

I contacted Dohop because I got an email from a company related to Airhelp, that claimed to offer help getting me a refund for a delate flight. This company was unknown to me, so I wanted to know if this company was legit. I got an answer promptly and I am very satisfied with Dohop and their professionalism.
Thank you. E Valgardsson.

Our flight was delayed (Lanzarote-Milan) and we missed our connecting flight (Milan-Catania). Since we had travel insurance, we tried contacting EasyJet or Dohop by phone, email, or WhatsApp for assistance, but it was impossible. Therefore, we had to find a hotel and buy new tickets for the following day. We sent the relevant invoices almost a month ago and still haven't received a response.

They returned the money, when Wizz cancelled my flight, even tho I had no insurance with them. So not too bad. Customer service responds quickly.
