I was sceptical when I first viewed the website as it offered a fantastic discount compared to others, so I researched the Company and was re-assured. I rang Robert and discussed my order . Robert kept me informed about the status of my order at all times and my watch arrived, courried to me within a couple of days.
I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending the services of Dolezno to others and would definitiely use them again.

Ordered watched for 21st birthday present. Delizno made sure it came on time and cheaper than the high street !! Great company would buy again.

Thanks to Robert for his help in sourcing a Longines watch for me when I had been advised by several jewellers of a 4 - 6 week delivery time on the item. Watch wasnt in stock but company gave me regular updates until it came in and then checked i had recieved it. Good quality and good saving on the RRP woul defo use again when searching for another watch.

Wonderful service and delivery. The watch is just what I had been searching for and at nearly £200 below hightstreet prices. I was a little apprehensive about purchasing such am expensive watch via a company I had never heard off + the price being so low. But I was wrong to worry. Excellent Service I would certainly shop with them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

I heard of Dolezno from a friend and was dubious at buying watches online.

But I recieved an absolutely fantastic service. The watch was very well priced and I recieved delivery after 2 days only because I was not available to receive after 1 day.

I will definitely buy from here again and if you are reading this would urge you to buy from here rather than high street retailers, the savings and service are second to none!

Excellent service, ordered the watch on Sunday and arrived in the post on Tuesday, followed by a curtsey call from Robert to check that the watch had arrived safely. Great saving on the Gucci watch purchased, compared to the hight street retailers. Thank you Dolezno.

left it a bit late for the wifes birthday present. Ordered 3pm and watch arrived before 10am next day. Very well packaged and the price was 25% cheaper than same model in shops. delighted wife, delighted (and relieved) buyer!

I saw an Ebel watch on Dolezno's web site that I wanted to buy for my wife. This was on a Saturday afternoon and I rang Dolenzo, but could'nt get through. I did not leave a message and decided to ring again on Monday. A short time later dolenzo contacted me, we discussed the watch and I agreed to buy it. I completed the purchase on line on the basis that it would be dispatched on Monday for next day delivery to N Ireland on Tuesday. It arrived on Tuesday before midday and was exactly what I wanted. My wife is absolutley delighted. the Ebel watch is exactly as described and I rate this company very highly. I would have no reservations about buying from them again.

When the exact watch I ordered wasn't in stock I was called and offered an alternative. I wasn't 100%, but very helpfully offered to have the alternative watch with me the next day to look at and I could easily retrun and wait for my 1st choice if I so wished.
As it was the alternative watch was perfect & indeed preferable to the one I'd picked. in addition I received a call to see how the watch was & to check I was happy.
I was a little dubious ordereing from a website with lower prices than the main competition, but instead received better service than I've received from any larger companies on the web. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Like everyone who purchases any item from the web I am always a little bit cautious before I commit and this is especially true when I purchase a high value item. I wanted to purchase two watches for my wife and myself. Having done some initial research on Dolezno I purchased a Raymond Weil watch for my wife's Christmas present. I used this as a test case prior to committing to the purchase of my watch. The RW watch came within 48hrs from ordering and I guage I saved over £100 compared to high street prices. Having established that Dolezno were very business like in their dealings with me I made a call to Robert to see if he could source me an IWC Pilots Chrono. There was a couple of days delay due to the New Year break but Robert SMS'd me back confirming he had secured one and gave me the firm price. I guage I saved nearly 20% on high street price and the price offered was cheaper than tax free price quoted from Mappin & Web at Terminal 5 (LHR). Robert kept me fully informed regarding the delivery as I was about to go out of the country for two weeks. The watch arrived before I went away and Robert made arrangements to personnaly deliver the IWC to me at my hotel whilst I was in London on business!! Unbelievable servivce you just don't see in this day and age. I have no hesitation in recommending Dolezno. I found them to be very trustworthy, reliable with top class customer service over my two watch purchases.

.Sometimes one can have misgivings about buying things over the internet - especially high value items. We were looking for A Tag Heuer and came across DOLEZNO - and were delighted we did. The site was easy to look through - but most importantly it was the facility to speak to someone to ask questions and reassure that one was the deciding factor. The speed of service was great and the follow up call to check all was ok after delivery was much appreciated. Would have no reservations about recommending Dolezno to friends and family

Everything about the transaction absolutely PERFECT.I'm so pleased ( and relieved ) that I took my time finding a supplier for my new Tag watch and chanced upon DOLEZNO. Very businesslike , patient (with all the silly questions that one is bound to ask!!) and polite from the moment that I called them .The price , of course , was very good. But not so cheap that you start to get worried and suspicious about who you are buying from !! And very quick delivery. I thought this sort of service no longer existed ! I even had a courtesy call today to make sure that everything was OK - which of course it is. Many thanks Robert.

I ordered a Tag watch that was despatched next working day.

Watch arrived - perfect.

Later that day I received a courtesy call to confirm the watch had arrived as Robert was aware that time was of the essence.

Excellent customer service. The watch I ordered just prior to Christmas ( at the lowest price I could find anywhere) was delivered on the 23rd, as promised. I even received a courtesy call to check it had arrived safely. My husband's delighted with his Christmas present and I made a substantial saving!
