I wanted to buy a Rado for my wife for Christmas. I called Robert on the 17th and unfortunately it was not a watch listed as next day delivery so it should have been with me in 2 weeks. Robert told me he would try and get it in and went to a lot of effort to source it. I received it 4 days later and he called to make sure I had received it. Fantastic commitment to customer satisfaction with great prices to match. WIll def use again. Thank you so much.

I called Robert on 23/12/2009 at 16.10pm to ask some questions.went on to thier website to purcase my wife a Gucci watch. Saved a packet and order arrived at 9.04am next dat which was Christmas day. Got a call from Robert at 9.44am to see if watch had arrived.Then ask him if he could source me a Richard Mille he said just let me have the number and he would let me know when he could get it and how much discount. Amazing and thanks.

Ordered my Tag Carrera on the 16th after a query about an ex vat price. Got a nice phone call from Robert regarding the watch and it's availability and the order was finalised. E-mail received that watch was on it's way. Watch arrived the day Robert said it would (22nd) and the bonus was that the watch fits perfectly with no need to alter the strap.
Would definately recommend this site to friends and relatives. Well done.

I initially viewed the website with suspicion. I therefore researched the company by tracing its registration number. Once satisfied, I submitted my order and everything went as promised. I have the watch I wanted at £400 less than the shop price, and I received two very polite telephone calls as part of the service. I just need to convince my wife that I am desperately in need of another watch...

I found the company very helpful when they called me back particularly when I wasn't sure if I was ordering in the correct way on the dolenzo site. The watch was very well packaged and arrived the following morning having only been ordered late the pervious afternoon. I had a phone call on day of delivery to make sure that it had arrived. I purchased a Raymond Weil watch from Dolenzo and can say no wrong about them, the watch arrived in Ireland after 1 day. The price was fantastic compared with high street stores here in Ireland. ..Thank you Dolenzo for your help and veryefficient and courteous service..I;ll be back to get my wife one now!

I experienced better than normal service from Dolezno, very quick delivery and an excellent product was received at a nice price. Would definitely use them again.

My on line order was followed by a phone call to me to confirm details and discuss the product. The payment process was easy and the product arrived the next day by secure delivery. I would not hesitate to use Dolenzo again.
