Due to UPS I m still waiting and paid 23€ for delivery and they tell me I need to pay although I already paid. Never again a delivery with ups

I placed my very first order during the rebranding sale (I normally buy Doll Beauty at Boots when I'm travelling to the UK) and I had a good experience. I was kept updated about the status of my parcel.

When it arrived it was like a little party. The inside of the box and wrapping paper ate just too cute! And all the products are gorgeous! I definitely will order again in the future

The solid brush is really good

They sent me the wrong product and when I emailed their customer service team to request the right product be sent to me/a refund, I've had no response, not even an acknowledgement

Excellent products at reasonable prices. I’ve purchased twice now because my first order was so good. Lipliners and lip oils are stunning, long wearing and the range of colours is excellent. Fast delivery on both occasions, no complaints, I would recommend doll beauty and its products ❤️

Absolutely impossible to get in contact with this company . I placed an order a few days ago & I missed one digit off my email address meaning I never got a confirmation email so I obviously won’t receive any notifications of whether it’s been dispatched or even a tracking number either (my fault) . I’ve contacted them via email 3 days ago & still had zero response , I then tried to call them today at 09:15am all for the automated voice to tell me they are now closed but then goes on to say they’re open 9am-5pm Mon- Fri (today is Wednesday) I’ve then gone on their website this morning & filled out a contact us form stating that I’d just like a tracking number for my order considering I’d inputted my email address in wrong & I have zero info on my order or it’s whereabouts. You just cannot get in contact with these people & to say this is the first time I’ve ordered from this company directly, I most definitely will not be ordering again.

EDIT: literally emailed me back once the order was delivered , I’ve spent 3 days attempting to make contact . Please give customers a simpler way to be able to make contact with you . I’m happy with my products they’re lovely as always but customer service really does need improvement.

I don’t like the taste or smell of the products

First time ordering from Doll beauty, items never arrived, contacted customer service who replied days later saying order was lost, no apology and seemed very unbothered and very unprofessional. Over two weeks after my initial order was placed, which I should have received 2 days after, I finally received part of my order. Again I had to email customer services asking where the rest of my order is and they eventually replied and sent the rest. Absolutely appalling!!

I still haven't received the item

I have bought so many times Doll Beauty Push Poppin Eye liner it’s very precise and it’s perfect when and if it works 👌🏽 my one star going to this product because once is “pouring” ink to much and it goes with every single very fine wrinkle on your eye lid so it’s looks like a stain :( and now I have two box which I ordered in August and they doesn’t want to work at all :( I need to make the end with pencil a bit wet and trying hard to get out a little of ink :(
So definitely producent need to work on it more to make it perfect and able to use .

The quality and value of doll beauty products is amazing. When I saw the liquid bronzer on sale I had to stock up, the formula is amazing. Lip liners are always fantastic and this is my first time using the lip gloss, none sticky, juicy, lovely colour. I also dealt with customer services for my order and they were fantastic, super helpful.
