The products and customer service are fantastic
The products are fantastic. There are always really generous deals or codes for their fans so there is always an excuse for me to treat myself! I had a slight issue with my parcel - not Doll Beauty's fault at all (totally the courier!) - but they sorted it out so quickly! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They should give other companies lessons in customer service!

Experience was overpriced
I really wanted the full sized hand mirror. I bought the mini when I got the notification, but did not realize how expensive it was until it was too late. A mini mirror shouldn’t cost $45. It’s cute and very girly, but I feel ripped off.

You shouldnt state online that if you order before a certain time the parcel will arrive.I had to pay next day fees and it never came. I was satisfed that it was going to come the next day as i made sure to order before the dead line. It ruins the way i feel towards the brand now when i really like you products its a shame.
