This seller is a scammer. I paid for express shipping and she never sent a confirmation email. I emailed her multiple times, dm’d her and commented on her IG and like everyone else she deleted all my comments. A week later when I filed a charge back she suddenly became so aggressive and responsive. She claims she never deleted any comments and never got the emails. LOL. She left threats and ultimately I never got my item. Do not support this liar.

I ordered on next day delivery, week after still had not received my order, messaged the seller on instagram all of my messages where ignored so i started commenting on her posts stating i had ordered on NDD a week ago and had no delivery or communication, she deleted all of my comments but continued to ignore my dms and still post new stock on her instagram! After days of commenting on posts and messaging seller finally got in contact to state the item i ordered was out of stock! This was 3 weeks ago and i still have not received a refund. Shocking seller do not buy anything from this store!!

I placed an order for 6 outfits on 28 May and paid extra for 48-hour delivery. Despite paying for expedited shipping, my order wasn’t even dispatched until 4 June. When the parcel eventually arrived, only 3 of the 6 outfits were included.

I emailed multiple times asking for a tracking number for the missing items but was completely ignored. The only way I managed to get a response was by commenting publicly on their Instagram page. I was told the remaining items had been sent separately, yet no tracking number was ever provided and the missing items never arrived.

After weeks of chasing and receiving little to no communication, I requested a refund for the undelivered items. Again, my emails went unanswered, leaving me with no option but to raise a chargeback through my bank.

As soon as the chargeback was opened, the company suddenly became very responsive. I received emails, Instagram messages and even text messages to my personal phone asking me to cancel the chargeback. They admitted the missing items were worth £101, but then asked me to transfer them £101 before they would accept the chargeback, saying: “Can the money be transferred first as I could accept the chargeback and be blocked 🙈”

I had already paid for those items once, never received them, and was then being asked to pay for them a second time before receiving any refund. I did not think that was reasonable.

It’s disappointing that my emails could be ignored for days, but the moment their business was affected by a chargeback, they had time to email, message me on Instagram and even text my personal number asking me to resolve it.

Based on my experience, the customer service has been extremely poor, communication was almost non-existent until a dispute was raised, and I was left chasing for items that I had already paid for but never received. I would not order from this company again.

Shocking service. I reached out the only way you can via email and you just get completely ignored. I will be reporting the company to trading standards.

I placed an order over two weeks ago, and the estimated delivery time was 2–5 working days. It’s now been well beyond that, and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve had no updates or communication explaining the delay, and it’s incredibly frustrating.

What makes it worse is that I ordered from this company last year and the same thing happened. I should have learnt my lesson, but I gave them another chance — clearly a mistake. I expected better service the second time around, but nothing has improved. Very disappointed and unlikely to order again.

0 STARS. Over a year ago now I ordered 2 outfits. Weeks passed by and she messaged saying only one has been sent to her she can send it out when it comes in stock or I can have a refund. I asked for a refund I never got one. I went to the bank as she never refunded ever. And she provided them with shipping info to say I did receive it (in their eyes I did receive one outfit) but not the other one that she was supposed to refund for. A year past so I gave her the benefit of the doubt, ordered an outfit that said pre order. Over a month has passed and I still haven’t received. Had no update & she won’t answer messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

It's the worst business I have EVER had to deal with.
Extremely unprofessional, the seller is so rude and ignores messages and emails.
My order never arrived, nor was it probably even sent.
She stole £150 from me !!!!!!
Luckily, my bank gave me a chargeback

Received a tracksuit for Christmas which was missing half the design of glitter down one side of the trousers so they didn't even match. I have sent images via email and instagram message since 31st December and I have been repeatedly ignored.

Her website states you can return once provided with the returns address however she clearly never responds so theres no way of ever getting your money back or having an item exchanged.

Awful customer service! Avoid this shop.

Ordered two loungewear sets on the 1st of November and got an email saying 3-5 day dispatch and never received. Emailed the company twice with no response. Wrote on their social media for someone to get back to me and my comments got deleted.

This place is absolutely disgusting, made an order on the 28th October, I was speaking to the girl who runs it and she said it had been shipped the next day, then proceeded to tell me few days later shes not sent it yet so she’s lied the first time it’s not the 19th November every single day the girl has been blanking all my messages but still posting on her story and customer reviews on her story but can’t reply to any of my messages or email?….. I unfortunately had to post her on my business page to get attention from her she has now sent me a fake tracking number saying it’s been sent and shock not heard from her since.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOUR ORDER ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

This does not even come close to a 1-star review. Avoid at all costs. I have never known a boutique owner to have such awful customer service. I have been ignored and she has continued to brush me off saying she will reply to my email but I have yet to hear anything from her in 2 weeks!!!
I ordered a £50 tracksuit that did not show up, and I have had no communication with the owner. It is disgusting how she is scamming her customers!

I have honestly never had such an awful experience with online ordering before, just so unprofessional. Pay for fast shipping expecting 1-2 day delivery, one week later it hasn’t even been shipped. I contacted again and again and finally getting through on email they said they wouldn’t cancel my order and it’ll be sent out next week. I had to explain 3 times that I wanted my order cancelled as they were just ignoring when I’d ask that, I no longer needed the item as I ordered it on a Monday for it to come for Saturday yet still hadn’t even been shipped!! Delivery over £5 too which i don’t mind paying if it actually leaves the warehouse! Emails were so unprofessional and rude. Only way I finally got my refund was via PayPal. Such a shame as the site looks like it stocks lovely things I was planning on ordering more for my holiday! Never again now

Purchased an item and they sent the wrong one, simple misunderstanding so I said the colour was wrong can I return and get the correct colour and they said it was fine. I returned and they never sent another and kept my money. Eventually they just stopped replying to my messages.

Rude, unprofessional, robbed my money, terrible company.

I would seriously put a minus 10 if I could on this review!!! Absolutely disgusting the service!! Ordered 2 co ords the end of July to go away the end of August and chose the 3-5 working day option for delivery, 3 weeks later I had nothing so I messaged them and they ignored me until I put a comment on their post on Instagram, I went on holiday and 2 weeks after the holiday one of the sets turned up ( it is now getting cold so I can’t wear them) messaged them to say one hadn’t even turned up and they don’t do refunds only credit notes! They are frauds!! Do not order from them!! The set didn’t look like the picture either!!!

Ordered an outfit and paid next day delivery as I needed it urgently, wasn’t even posted until a week later and even then wasn’t posted for next day as I paid for. Messaged them multiple times on the lead up and requested a refund for the money I paid for the postage, just to be ignored. Awful customer service and I want my money back!

Ordered a set that I needed for a upcoming event it had been over a week and had heard nothing about it being shipped so I went and emailed them and got absolutely no response until I received an email saying my order had been cancelled at my request when I never requested to cancel it! Absolutely shocking as they clearly ran out of stock (i went and checked and it said sold out) but they literally let me pay for it and they had it in both sizes but are obviously too lazy to send out packages
