Save your money and order from somewhere else. Awful customer service. Quality of clothing is shocking. Won’t send your orders out. Will delay a refund for as long as they can. Money grabbing company who I will NEVER be ordering from them again. Wish I saw the reviews on here before I ordered.

absolute disgrace, ordered 2 sets on june 2nd, is now the 13th and still hasn’t been shipped yet it says 3/4 working days, never seen more of a unprofessional company and customer service is absolutely SHOCKINGGG!!! does not reply what so ever. can add new stuff to their website but can’t even ship a few orders. this company used to be good but recently its went soooo downhill, do not buy.

Ordered from this company 14 days ago and still haven’t received my parcel!! I am going away tomorrow so the clothes were for that. Doesn’t help that they don’t reply either !!!!

Don’t buy from here take you money send wrong items. And another item I need to exchange Don’t reply to you ignore Instagram messages and emails
Spend over £60 and out of pocket!! Took over 2 weeks for items to even arrive

Avoid buying from these places a order for 3-5 working day’s delivery still not received 3 weeks later do not reply to messages or emails just a scam company

Scam website - ordered and payed for 1-2 day delivery - two weeks later still not here. They do not respond to emails or DMs either so we had to make a claim through the bank. Do not order from this website!

Disgusting business and the way it’s run! DONT BUY FROM HERE. I ordered a set and payed extra for fast delivery, 10 days had passed and still hadn’t received anything so I emailed which I never got a response, I then DM them into which I got a reply saying they never shipped it due to a “fault” and I can either get a new colour or receive a refund. I asked for a refund and a refund for delivery as it never got shipped, they said it will take a week to receive but this never came into my account. This has been over a month now and I still haven’t receive anything from them, I keep sending them messages asking for an update and commenting on their posts to get their attention into which my comment gets deleted. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting for a business to run like this. AVOID BUYING FROM HERE!!!

awful and rude seller, doesn't bother to ship your items even though you pay for fast delivery, clearly cant be trusted to run her business on her own. I've ordered many things hoping it will get better but its either 2 weeks delayed or just doesn't bother to ship them and gives no explanation at all. Also her clothes are such poor quality every time i order.

Ordered 1 lounge set 1 jumper and a pair of pants paid extra for the delivery first class signed for 1-2 days on 3rd March noticed on the website the order was still "confirmed" and not shipped emailed several times she confirmed "it's been shipped" but failed to provide me with tracking information asked for this 6 times!!! messaged on instagram no reply left comments on her post to reply to my email she has deleted my comments and still not replied!! Reported to the bank and as per the below it doesn't look like anyone else received their orders neither DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE SCAMMER!!!!!

Daughter who is 13 brought some coord sets out of her own money. 2 came, 1 was missing from parcel. Second time this has happened to us!!!!
Obviously just out to con people. Been emailing no reply!! Absolutely disgusting. Everyone should report them to watch dog. They will investigate them.. DO NOT OTDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely disgusted with how they run their business! Emailed multiple times due to the fact I have ordered TWO dresses and they have NEVER arrived a whole year later! DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.

Absolutely disgusted, ordered from here last July and got scammed for £60 ordered 2 dresses and they never came. I have messaged and emailed multiple times and she never replies.

I was silly enough to order again and she has done the same thing.

DISGUSTING behaviour from a business. NEVER EVER order from here she is a scammer.

Order arrived top had no label, smelt of perfume and had a childs poppet keyring shoved up the arm. Would not purchase from them again as order was incomplete anyway yet they did not email me to tell me.

ordered three loungewear sets 60 odd quid on Black Friday still hadn’t arrived two weeks later give the benefit of the doubt because of the strikes and emailed to ask if they could track my order I had no reply so emailed again a few days later and still no reply they have been posting on instagram stories saying how they check emails 3 times a day yet still I wasn’t getting no reply still don’t have my order and having to go through the bank for a refund seems to be an ongoing thing as there is plenty if reviews like this on the app shop

I have ordered a dress 4 weeks ago and it hasn’t turned up, e-mail 3 times and had no replies and they still have my money. Shocking services

Ordered on clothing website once received realised the gods where too small and if pot quality .I wanted a refund was within my 14 day’s and was told refunds not given only exchange. My daughter doesn’t like anything else in the website . I have now been blocked and cannot contact the company for my refund or even if I wanted an exchange I can not get one .
