Before you purchase from Dolphin Music uk please make sure that the item you are purchasing is in stock,If you order an item and its not in stock the payment will be taken from your account and you will wait on the item and I mean wait on the item before it arrives..If I hadn't of contacted the company I would of still been waiting on the purchase item arriving,not one person in the company did not have even the manners to email me or even contact me to tell me that the purchase item was out of stock and i would have to wait so many days etc before I would receive it,I was going to purchase a mixer from this company but feared it wouldn't arrive in time so I took my business to another company,would I use Dolphin Music UK again not a chance..REMEMBER CHECK THE ITEM IF ITS IN STOCK FIRST BEFORE YOU PURCHASE AND ALSO REMEMBER DON'T DEPEND ON THIS COMPANIES DELIVERY TIMES EITHER...

I ordered my item a week ago which promised to be 'next-delivery'. I still haven't received my item a week later. When I call Dolphin Music about this, they keep pushing the date further forward as the item had been mistakenly label in-stock on their system and they were waiting on their suppliers to order in my item.
Dolphin Music shouldn't promise next-day delivery if they can't keep to it, and customers should be wary of this when purchasing.

I love using Dolphin for all my music tech purchases, furthermore I like the fact that loyalty is rewarded with the odd discount here and there. I will definitely be buying from here again.

Phoned about a Gretsch kit on their web site and spoke to Steve. The particular item was at another location, so for all my questions he had to keep telephoning to find out. The response was always very quick, and the advice given impartial. Would definitely recommend the company to others.

Called the store to check the bass I wanted was in stock - it was so I ordered it online and it arrived the next day. The guy on the phone was really friendly and helpful and the bass arrived well packaged and in great condition. Would definitely order again!

I have used Dolphin a few times in the past and they are always excellent. Everything went smoothly and free next day delivery. When I have used them in the past they have been very good giving advice and don't try to sell you something that isn't appropriate. I will continue to use them for my music purchases.

Dolphin Music is always my first & last stop when buying new musical equipment, they have a vast range of products, have quick delivery & are very helpful. They are also a Native Instruments authorised dealer which is very important for me since they are my company of choice.

The kick pedal arrived in a well-packaged box, but it has a sticky, yellow stain at the end of the pedal which I haven't been to get off. Rather disappointing as the stain is noticeable, so it begs the question why this was not dealt with prior to it being packed and sent off.

Great service from start to finish. There was an issue with the product being discontinued, but they were quick to offer an alternative and reduce the price to "meet me half way".

I ordered and the guitar wasn't in stock, I waited a while, but I was kept informed all the way. When it arrived the wait was worth it. A fantastic piece of kit. Thank you Dolphin Music.

Although Dolphin music had a problem obtaining stock of my stands they kept me informed and gave me the option to cancel the order. As soon as stock arrived they were sent out quickly. Yes i would buy from Dolphin again.

I ordered some speaker covers that showed up as in stock - which was an error! I then had to wait for them to come in which was frustrating as I had planned to use them. I emailed back a request that they be sent out on a day that I was at home to receive the delivery and of course this was totally ignored! I then had to negotiate with the delivery company to get them rescheduled. I don't know what the product is like - because I haven't received it yet, but they have already requested feedback - which seems to be a much quicker process than worrying about your order!
