Organisation is unfit for purpose. Délégué Général is dangerous and unfit for office

I complained about Les Houches resort which Domaines Skiables de France (DSF) has regulatory oversight of ski lift operators and the safety of resorts in the region, including Les Houches, about Les Houches refusing to refund tickets whereby they had closed over 80% of the resort without informing me beforehand.

The resort was firstly incredibly dangerous as they hadn't signposted many closed runs, which led to only lifts which were not operating. This meant the runs were not patrolled and skiers had to walk significant distances up closed pisted carrying their equipment to get back to an operating lift. This is ridiculous for a modern day ski resort, as they had ample opportunities at the initial lift station and on the hill to tell customers lifts and runs were closed, but they did neither. I complained to Les Houches senior management team, who said they were not interested in my complaint, would not refund me for a wasted day and refused to discuss the matter further. I found this to be highly a inappropriate and seriously dangerous attitude for a senior management team to take.

I then complained to DSF about Les Houches given their oversight role, who equally couldn't care less about either the resort being dangerous or their misleading customers. Laurent Reynaud, Délégué Général responded to me with "You must know discuss with Les Houches" despite being told of the serious issues and the fact they refused to discuss the matter with me.
