Excellent communication - Immediate support
I've had a problem with accessing my website due to multiple failed logins. I tried the online chat that is provided through the website. I got an immediate response and my problem solved in less than 3 minutes. The customer support representative was very helpful and also answered my question regarding the FTP connection. I've been with domainexpress for almost 3 years now and I can definitely recommend it. Great package prices, excellent support.

I had a couple of big problems with both my websites and it took a few days to fix them, with a lot of live chats with the support team but they didn't stop until it was resolved. I was impressed with how patient and helpful they were, even when I was at my most irritated and frustrated.

Hided charges, unsolved technical problems
I've been charged automatically for services which I did not request and already included in my initial plan and so far I did not receive a refund for the mistake they've done.
Also I contacted technical support to sort it out a simple web-redirection issue and I'm still unable to access that service.
This is my last domain with this company.
