Just received great support from George. Although we're not direct customers, he went the extra mile to point me in the right direction to help solve my problem
I've been buying and managing domains…
I've been buying and managing domains with Domainmonster for a while now.
Although their UI is archaic, it does the job, it's straightforward and easy to use.
Support so far has been excellent, with all my domains. Any issues have been solved swiftly with DM technicians going above and beyond to fix my issues (namely Tudor in the last problems I faced with setting up things correctly on gitlab pages).
My biggest issue with DM is its abandonment ever since it was bought by 123reg. It used to be a glowing platform, with an active knowledgebase (most links are offline now) and even news.
123reg seems to have abandoned DM to its fate with a skeleton crew which, to their merit, do everything they can to support their existing customers.

Awesome Customer Service
After struggling with the website to renew a couple domains I emailed customer service. George Budica (the rep who handled my issue) emailed me back right away, explained the issue, and offered to resolve it for me. I want able to respond back to him for a couple days due to illness but when I did give him the go ahead he took care of it within minutes!! In the 5 or 6 years I've owned my domains I haven't had any issues so it was extremely reassuring that when I did it was handled quickly and without any stress to me!! Thank you George!!
