Tudor resolved our issues effectivley and quickly with excellent communication skills. Once completing the domain name renewal, Tudor contacted the company and talked through the steps to reset the password, with clear confident instructions. Very satisfied customers.

Solid registrar, simple to use UI, friendly support - George helped me with my issue (turns out I can't spell my email - d'oh).

A shame they have been bought out by 123reg and aren't accepting new user signups though.

Disappointed not to receive reminder and so lost access to emails for significant period. Tudor went above and beyond and finally resolved problem after phone calls and emails. Tudor gets 5 stars. Goodwill gesture and apologies has turned poor service in to positive one-thank you Tudor

Tudor was very helpful and contacted me within approx 20 mins of my raising a ticket. He rang to confirm my issue with transferring 2 domains and checked that it had been done before ringing off.

George was amazing in the determination he showed to sort my problem out. He quickly responded to all my emails. To be honest this was a bit of a mess from our end in not keeping records of passwords etc but he was incredibly polite and sorted the problem out. First rate customer service. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Technical issues regarding my domains and email services urgently needed to be resolved and were doubly complicated by my lack of knowledge in the field. When calling for help, I was very pleasantly surprised by the patience and determination of Domainmonster personnel to find solutions and accomodate me as much as possible. Most recently Tudor, and before him Vlad, made huge efforts to resolve the problems. This kind of service is all too rare today. I will most definitely continue to work with them and highly recommend them.

Tudor was really helpful in getting my registration renewed - one of my better call centre experiences. I had lost my password and was not phoning from the landline number I had supplied which created security difficulties but rather than "computer says no" Tudor tried to think of a solution, which he did.

Good service from these guys. Since 123 Reg took over, service has dipped a bit, but they seem to be getting back on track.

I was incorrectly routed to domainmonster support to resolve an issue I had with my web hosting. Despite this, George Budica picked up my email and shared some initial information about the problem. I replied to explain to George how I had been routed to them and despite this problem being something my web host should have sorted, he communicated directly with them on my behalf (unknown to me) and contacted me again to say he had done this and the problem was resolved. I was really pleased that he had gone beyond his remit and sorted this problem for me. Superb customer service.

I had real problems getting through to Domain Monster. But when I finally did speak to one of the consultants, Tudor, I can only say that he was extremely helpful, resolving the issue then and there, also confirming the action he had taken, in writing. Although I'm still slightly challenged about the company, Tudor's excellent service has gone a long way to addressing these concerns.
