Very difficult to get in contact

Like everyone has said, very difficult to get in contact with Domain Monster since the merge with 123 Reg. Phone number keeps you on hold for a very long time and ticket responses get forgotten about. My recommendation is (as we did this today), if you need help go to the 123 Reg live chat support and tell them your situation. They will be able to prioritise any tickets you have outstanding. We managed to get a response within 10 minutes of contacting 123 reg.

Good Help and advice

Tudor has been polite, efficient and very helpful with the help he has given me. I have had no problems, the help is because I am not great with IT and needed assistance.

I am contacting Trading Standards today…

I am contacting Trading Standards today about this company.

I have been with them for many years and all was fine, then they get bought-out by 123-reg (who are terrible) and now no one answers tickets and no one answers the phone.

I have over 300 domains with them.

Avoid at all costs.

Domainmonster RIP

I have been with Domainmonster for many years using 20 or so domains and email hosting. All was good for many years.....Then came 123-reg came along and took them over. I knew this was bad news as I moved from 123-reg before I found Domainmonster. I cannot recommend DM to anyone which is a shame as they are definitely the cheapest around and their control panel is excellent. I have moved all my sites away from them this week, as I lost my emails for an important domain for a week before they responded, only to ask me if I was still having the problem....clueless. Even moving my sites away has been painful. I am with Fasthosts now. Lets hope they dont get brought up

Do we have a -10

Do we have a -10, this company is the worst nightmare ever... they don't answer the phone, they don't answer emails, the system have lots of problems, and the worts now, I cannot modify my domain...and can't transfer it either.... THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM also everything related to it, domainbox.com, meshdigital.com and 123-reg.co.uk all of them is a scam....I don't understands companies like icaan.org,verisign and visa don't take over and apply all the contractual application they can with this company...

Again...THE WORST NIGHTMARE EVER!!! stay away from this website at all cost...

Awful service

Yep, also in agreement with some of these comments. E-mail problems, a repeated issue, just not receiving them. Kept on hold on phone for 40 mins before the phone cut off, then again for the same amount of time before being cut off again! Phone number operation times clearly not being adhered to and 4 hour promise false. I've had it with these. I will be now looking to switch.

Should not be allowed to trade

I do not understand how this company is allowed to trade. their website advertises numbers that are disconnected and no support is offered for the products they take money for. Domain Monster/Mesh Digital Ltd or whoever they are are not worth wasting your time on. 123reg have supposedly taken on their hosting but basically deny all knowledge of Domain Monster. Save yourself stress hassle and a feeling of having been scammed and avoid these shisters like the plague.

Unacceptable service levels

Unacceptable service levels. I've been a customer for 10 years, they have been great to date. However since being taken over by 123reg there is no service anymore.

Been waiting weeks for some basic DNS records to be made, days/weeks go by, what happened to 4hr ticket processing!?

I will be moving the 100's of domains that I have in my account as I cannot run a business with this level of service... they are impacting on my business.

Totally unacceptable lack of provision…

Totally unacceptable lack of provision for Domainmonster customers after the acquisition by the parent company of 123 Reg ...phone support service cuts you off either before or after a long wait. Compares very unfavourably with Go Daddy with which we've got other domains registered. Go Daddy answer calls and give positive, constructive guidance. Contrast this with Domainmonster's lack of service, befuddled phone numbers that lead nowhere or go dead and evidence that our experience isn't isolated. 123 Reg ()who you can get hold of) don't want to know and insist they are still two distinct companies...Terrible service. Avoid like the plague.

Update: I emailed and had a very positive response from a senior manager on the 123Reg side of the business and, although I maintain that greater integration should have been achieved within the timeframe, I was pleased with the open and frank communication; hopefully Domainmonster customers can transition to 123Reg and receive the better service levels which appear to be the norm for their customers..

Gone totally downhill

Sadly I have to agree with all other posters who had good, even great, service from DM in the past but now it sucks. Mailserver certificate expired 24 hours ago and that makes my email almost unusable on at least one device. No response from DM despite the 4-hour promise. I'm off.
