Impressed! The knowledge base has enough information for someone like myself to get to grips with things, while their customers service is so good at times I almost feel spoilt, having always been fast in response and information with problems being resolved immediate. I found Dedicatedcore to be a best option for hosting services.

The support is fantastic. Whenever I had a question or issue, the DomainRacer team was quick to respond and extremely helpful. They even went above and beyond to help me to trubleshoot some technical problem that I was having.

DomainRacer is on the top list of the best hosting providers, I can't really describe how I'm satisfied with the quality of services they provide. One of best thing I'm happy with is there customer care, they are really helpful and supportive in a polite way.

I like that we don't have to mess around with any of the server requirements to keep our WordPress website upand running on a daily basis. The user features are easy to understand. It isn't overly complicated like some other hosting services can be. The loading speed are great and optimized for wordpress installations.

I chose Domainracer advanced web hosting account because they prided themselves on under selling hardware. My site performance immediately improved after the switch and has remained consistently at this new level.

useing since 3 year no problem in the service.they where always helpful. specially my account manager Kiran for helping all time to manage my server and firewall.

Purchased a domain name and hosting service. PayPal payment went through. When I went to log into my new domain account. It said my invoice was unpaid. Checked PayPal account and they charged me twice. Funds were transferred. Contacted their service desk and I was told I need to upload my PayPal account information and proof? PayPal dispute is still pending for this headache. Domainracer is either a fraudulent company or an extreme amateur at commerce. Avoid at all costs.

Came here after trying a "free" hosting service. The only thing free was the lack of service.

Setting up my existing web site and email address took all of 10 minutes on Domainracer [about 2 days on the "free" service]. Despite a tiny bit of time for DNS upgrades to propagate, things started working almost immediately.

Moreover, web service is FAST. Email service is reliable. And the price is really reasonable.

Beyond all my expectations!

New as of 5/29/2023: my annual renewal was a painful process. Write down your renewal date and check on the web site as this part of the service is bumpy. Removed 1 star. Still good hosting site that I do highly recommend.

Raised a ticket to know why Registrar Lock Status is not visible in third party whois service.

They disabled privacy protection as solution for my request to enable registrar lock.

Be careful with DomainRacer if your information is sensitive.

They do not issue GST Invoice - looks like they evade tax exploiting IGST Act - OIDAR as services as they may have server outside India but as the company is registered in India, they should issue GST Invoice.

The support team is technically unqualified which is evident from how they tried to solve my problem by disabling privacy protection instead of enabling registrar lock.

The reply (language proficiency) from support team is annoying, ambiguous and even arrogant. I replied many times and called them to resolve the problem.

I still don't know if they understand privacy and protection issues of their clients.

From 21 July, I am asking for the refund. Again and again they are asking to resolve the server issues. Your Indian servers are very bad. Yesterday they told me that they will deduct a fees for setup. I agreed but still not refunding the money. It has been 9 hrs and i am waiting for their reply that they will refund or not.

I must say DomainRacer is the most reliable and customer oriented company I have ever found.
