Complete con artists

Complete con artists. They entice customers with the promise of a free pizza after collecting enough stamps via previous orders. Yet when attempting to claim your free pizza, you have to spend another £17.99 on crap you don’t want for it to be delivered. Total scam.

Domino’s pizza parade experience.

Hi, a quick one. I brought domino’s pizza from new Addington parade last week for the family and they got food poisoning. It was not a nice experience. Normally as a treat one a month I would order in for convenience but I would never buy from them again after what that outlet in New Addington put us through.

Disappointing customer service

Mexborough branch- Decided to have a treat tea night. Ordered 2 large pizzas a garlic bread and chips. When my daughter went to pick up she opened the chips to find only a handful in the tray. At £6.50 she questioned the portion and was told that this was right. She was told that was right which equated to about 40p per chip!! Rather than provide a more substantial portion they said they would give a refund. Truly disappointing customer service, wont be using Domino's again.

Used to be good now totally useless.

Used to be good now totally useless.
Tried ordering through the website, transaction failed but I was still charged. Called them to complain and was told to try again, tried again, transaction failed, but I was still charged.
Phoned again to find out why I'd been charged twice but got no order confirmation and was told they can't deal with that, have to call customer service.
Thankfully they helped and have sorted my refunds.
Called the Briddgwater store again to order over the phone, but they can't do phone orders for delivery - totally useless now.
Been ordering pizzas from them for years, never had any issues - but won't be trying again.

Their pizzas are not bad but not great

Their pizzas are not bad but not great. The pizza sizes feel like the options have shrunk. I generally use the app to order, which is, again, not bad. I dont like that the app offers you an option to tip the delivery driver before the pizza has even arrived and I dont like that you have to pay a delivery fee.

The app has a reward program where you can get a free pizza after several orders. This is good. What isn't good is your pizza buy count gets frozen once you have ordered a sufficient amount of pizzas to claim a free pizza. Several times I have ordered without claiming my free pizza and the stamps do not get added. I emailed dominos asking if I can get the stamps added after I claimed my free pizza and I received a standard message which didn't answer my question and missed out on stamps I should have got.

Would go elsewhere because of this, of there were other options.

Honestly if I could leave a zero-star…

Honestly if I could leave a zero-star review, I would. This place is a total joke, absolutely useless. They have one job, which is to deliver pizza, and they failed at that. Honestly, terrible. I will never ever order from Domino's again

Plant based Pizza

We ordered four pizzas for a few friends, I had a plant based pizza, it was a wrap with toppings. It tasted nice but it was a wrap, it was so thin. For £14, it was a complete rip off. Would not order again.

absolutely awful experience

absolutely awful experience.

I ordered a pizza today for collection and arrived at Sittingbourne store to collect it exactly when both the tracker and the in-store screen said it was ready,

I was asked for the collection name and the employee didn't understand and asked again, I repeated myself very clearly and was told 2 minutes wait so I proceed to check what pizzas where already on the shelf and continued to wait.

10 minutes later another member of staff checked the collection pizzas and very quickly asked if anyone was Connor and moved on to the next order before I even had a chance to reply, I then found myself having to shout at him ( yes me Connor ) to get him to even notice me, he then handed the pizza to me and as I suspected it was the one that had been sitting there on the shelf the whole time.

by this point I'm sure you can imagine I am extremely annoyed, I proceeded to say quite loudly I have been waiting 10 minutes for my pizza and it has been sitting there getting cold this whole time, he took absolutely no notice and just stared at me while I was speaking and then without a single comment in reply or hesitation he just ignored me and continued onto the next order, I then left and checked my pizza and low and behold it is stone cold but by this point I knew complaining yet again to the employee is going to be useless. This behaviour and lack of customer service is completely unacceptable. I will keep an eye out for your reply before I take this f

I visit my local branch often

I visit my local branch often. I went on a trip in the UK and ordered to be delivered from the Windermere store and received an order where a pot of garlic mayo was in with the chicken. That would have been fine, but the pot itself stank of WEE!! I have that dip regularly and it's not normally like that, obviously (hopefully). I followed the channel immediately via the email to report this issue, they took ages to get back to me, haven't offered a refund. Finally gave me a voucher which was appreciated, but it only works with that establishment and not with my local dominos to me, so it's no use to me as I was just visiting. I'm waiting for a refund for the chicken, but I think at this point I am just being ignored which is very frustrating. This chicken issue was reported just after receipt of the food in December 2025 it takes ages to get any responses from these people.

Wrong order & Illness

We were initially given somebody else's order, so we called to let Domino's Epping know. We were told a replacement would be sent out, but it arrived incredibly quickly. This left us wondering whether it had been cooked properly or whether our original order had somehow been retrieved and redelivered.
The pizza looked and tasted fine, but the following morning both my wife and I developed upset stomachs. My wife's symptoms have been particularly severe and have lasted for the last couple of days, which has left us concerned that the meal may have been the cause.
I understand that mistakes happen, but when it comes to food, proper handling and preparation are essential to prevent situations like this. Whether or not the illness was related, the incorrect order followed by what happened afterwards has completely put us off ordering from this store again. It's simply not worth the risk when there are plenty of other pizza places nearby.
