Went to the Domino's pizza on Bradley…

Went to the Domino's pizza on Bradley Parkway in Columbus Ga. We ordered 2 pizzas on the $6.99 sale. I picked them up 10 minutes early but made the mistake of not checking them till I got home. The pizza was very hard, dry and luke warn like it had be in the warmer for a very long time. When my wife call the manager of the store, she did not want to listen her complaint and told her not to ever call back. We will never go back!

Poor management very rude and not helpful

Ordered from the Galax va location via the mobile app paid for it with debit card the tracker advised me when it was ready for pickup when arriving at location they had closed early due to inclement weather without calling me letting me know I just paid for pizzas that Iam not getting contacted the store today the manager was very rude said there is nothing he can do that he is short handed and didn't have time to discuss this matter I even told him I would like to go ahead and come today get the order he told me I would have to pay for it again in case they had put in for a refund to my bank which will take 7 to 10 days I advised him I would contact corporate on this matter he said it won't do any good they will just call me ask me about it very rude and unprofessional attitude I will not be ordering here again

Today I went to store #3763 in Fall…

Today I went to store #3763 in Fall River Mass. Receipt #85. Food was okay and customer service was good. Except the girl that served me at the counter touched the computer screen a few times, took my money and provided change, then went to spread dough and construct a pizza, and sprinkle cheese on the pizza....WITH NO GLOVES ON AFTER TOUCHING THE CASH REGISTER SCREEN AND TAKING PAYMENT AND MAKING CHANGE. In pretty sure this is in violation of local BOARD OF HEALTH standards. I'm not sure if I could order online again where I can't see if the employees are adhering to the BOARD OF HEALTH standards. This is an easy fix !!

I got 2 large pizzas

I got 2 large pizzas, garlic bread. It was awesome. I felt bad for the delivery guy as it was extremely cold today. So I made sure I gave him $23.00 for a tip. Best pizza ever. Thanks for the friendly driver, and the fast delivery.

Absolutely shocking Company never…

Absolutely shocking Company never accepts liability Blame delivery drivers if it’s late when we’ve ordered through Dominos website you ordered the two special and they always get it wrong again not therefore I would recommend everybody go to Papa John’s Who do exactly the same menu. Dominos are not even creative enough to come up with their own menu. It’s identical to Papa John’s absolute joke of a Food outlet

Good pizza

Good pizza, crappy app. Using gift cards is difficult and reward points expire.
Nothing annoys me more than the petty greed of expiring reward points. My reward for patronizing the business is a timer demanding I come back or they take away my tiny little bonus item. Cheap cheap cheap.

They want all the money for delivery maybe you double check who want to work and the pizza and bread ir wings no effort no cause no shits on how you wanted getting worst every day just sad and nothing absolutely nothing is 6.99 stop the bull

Rude and dismissive

I went to a location in my hometown and due to a error with the website, part of my order was placed wrong and separate from that part of it was made incorrectly. I called and explained everything I was told about the order being placed wrong and was called a liar about the other part my incorrectly made sandwich I tried to explain alfredo makes me sick and if I could do anything about getting that fixed or credited back they refused to do anything and after 15 of them calling me a lair and refusing to help they hung up i went i to prove their lies and ask again and was refused.more even their manger when he finally picked up called me a lair and told me.i had 5 minutes to leave his building before cops were called and to to "not f around with me".
I was given nothing no money back or credit and they kept the pasta as I cant eat it.

I paid $46.92 for this order

Now when I got the food there were a few problems the FIRST complaint 1. On the Honolulu Hawaiian I ordered it was supposed to have no green peppers and it was supposed to have mushrooms and neither of those requests was followed so I sent back the full order and requested that they remake the full order because I wanted to be able to eat my food with my family and I wanted it to be hot not cold at this time the SECOND complaint occurred 2. the manager sent the order back with Kevin who was the driver she sent it back minus the pizza that needed to be remade insisting she wasn't remaking the whole order because she only "screwed up" one thing so I called the store and spoke to her about the issue she was rude and huffy then she insisted she just spoke to the general manager and she was just about to call the driver to come back to the store so she could remake the whole order so he took the order back and shortly after brought back the order with the correct pizza at this time I realized my THIRD complaint 3. she had not remade the whole order she just took it in at the store and held onto it until the first pizza that was incorrect was corrected then she sent the whole order back leaving me with cold chicken alfredo cold bread bites and a cold extravaganZZa pizza at this time I took down the names for the general manager and the district manager Kevin listed the General Manager as Karysa and the District Manager as James he left and I took the food inside at this time I started dishing out the food to find out I had a FOURTH complaint 4. Not only was my extravagaZZa pizza cold it was not well done as requested it was undercooked so I had to put it in the oven and recook it for 20 mins at 350° until it was edible so I don't get food poisoning THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS BUSINESS BUT YOU CAN BET IT WILL BE THE LAST

Terrible Website Update

My experience was terrible because the new Domino’s website feels like an obstacle course rather than a simple ordering tool. The redesign is completely unintuitive, replacing a straightforward process with a clunky, glitchy interface that makes even basic navigation a chore. What’s most frustrating, though, is the relentless barrage of cross-selling; I can’t even get to my cart without being bombarded by aggressive prompts to add sides, sauces, and charitable donations. It feels like the site is designed to exhaust me into spending more money rather than helping me order a pizza, turning what should be a quick meal into a tedious and deeply irritating ordeal.

I just ordered two steak hoagies from…

I just ordered two steak hoagies from the Domino's location located at 11424 Springfield Pike, Cinti, Oh 45246 on Jan 8, 2026. There was pizza sauce smeared all around the box to one of the steak hoagies which was very unprofessional of Domino's. Who wants a steak hoagie with pizza sauce smeared all around the box. Presentation should be a restaurant's top priority. Also both of my steak hoagies had no pickles on them when I ordered pickles. I placed a order with them at 8:00 pm. I received my order around 9:30 pm. I have been trying to call them every since I received my order to see if they can re- make my order or at least give me a refund. I can't even eat these steak hoagies so now I just wasted 24 dollars. I will never order anything else from Domino's.

5TH STREET SUCKS but MILLMONT FIXED IT!!!



I was angry with 5th Street on this review! But I placed an order on Millmont no coupon no complaints...because my frustration wasn't towards that location, I get there show Ernest my 80 points cause 4R im just tryna make sure I have something to eat after partying tonight. When I tell you ERNEST WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO
FIX ANY/ALL MY OF *WHAT DIDNT HAPPEN* ON 5TH. I can't deny outside of the system NOT TAKING CC PAYMENTS, I' haven't had too many issues wit this location. I DEFINITELY will pick up and only order from Millmont HERE ON OUT! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS L0ST ON SOME COOPRATE COMPANIES AND IT MATTER$ THAT I $PEND WHERE MY $$$ & ME ARE APPRECIATED. ERNEST WILL GET ALL MY DOMINOS CRAVING$. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

The pizza I had from the market deeping…

The pizza I had from the market deeping branch,it had which looked like a crane spider/fly on top of my pizza.i did not bother to complain as they might of thought I was not telling the truth.This has put me right off these pizzas.its a shame as this was very off putting.
