the food is great bt i think making it a veg only also makes us foreigners to be unable to eat the veg

I tried phoning for two hours today 28th May 2019 and there was no reply each time after ringing for around Five minutes. I tried ordering online they wanted me to register, I did and they wanted my credit card details but I want to pay cash. So fed up in the end and ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut who answered their phone in a nano second and delivered promptly. Unless the owners get a grip of their business judging by the reviews which they seem to ignore, it will just fade away. No more dominos for us.

Pizza was good and on time will order again

Last Saturday ordered two pizzas??? Still waiting for them what a big joke this company is better of going to local supermarket and buying your own at least you'll know you will have them and might taste better !!!! ,Stay away local manager needs retraining in dealing with people complaint's , stay away please

GDPR ignored by company directors. I made a single purchase online a week ago. Since then I've been spammed to my email 3 times and now I'm getting txt marketing messages from them. All this unsolicited marketing comes from noreply sender. At no stage have I opted into direct marketing. Domino's Pizza will never get business from me again.

Do not use Shepherd’s Bush Dominos as they are the most useless incompetent bunch I have ever had the displeasure to communicate with. Pizza 2.5 hours late! Phoned and they must have forgotten so said the would rush it which turned up 1.5 hours later. Even told me if not happy to order elsewhere. Dominos your franchise is failing big time!! Stop giving franchises to morons and incompetent groups, be more selective and stop being so greedy!!!

Just ordered from Leven, Fife, Dominos and I am completely disgusted! This will be the worst review that I rarely write, have ever written. I just spent circa £25 for theeeeee tiniest pizzas and crappiest sides I have ever seen. Personal pizza 7 inches??? It must be a man who came up with that measurement it can’t be bigger than 4inches. Same with cheesy garlic bread, and who the hell puts tomato purée on garlic bread? A chick mix box costing over £8 is the most pathetic, anemic, chicken I’ve ever seen fried in obviously old oil. BBQ chicken wings are ok I suppose if you like it swimming in congealed sauce. Customer service could to with a refresher and they need to change the oil every single week. A absalute rip off. For the same amount of money I could have got 2 large pizzas, 2 sides and a drink from Pizza Hut. At least if it’s crap, you get a reasonable amount of food for your money. 41 years old, first and last time I will ever order Dominos. Do they even see they have 75% negative reviews? Daylight robbery! (I only went there because the hotel I’m staying at stopped serving food) 2 4 inch pizzas, 1 wings and 1 chick mix £25 urgh

Domino's Pizza Pioneer Highway Palmerston North used to produce reasonable food... not now... I ordered two $5 pizza... they looked and tasted terrible (like they were 3 days old). Won't be spending my money there again... yuck.

Ordered a deal with 1 large pizza, 1 medium pizza, 2 sides, 2 drinks, Only delivered 1 side and on 1 pizza specifically asked for no mushrooms so they go and put loads on, No wonder they work in Dominoes !!

Also in the Washington courthouse location they hot people in the building just hanging out that aren't even working that day they told me I had to have a Domino's jacket to wear before I could deliver I waited ,,,3 weeks and the only reason I got one was because they had a new driver standing in the restaurant in front of two managers getting ready to go on delivery wearing a camo jacket also people wreaking of pot and going on delivery not only high but with someone in their car

where do I begin, I called several times at the hayes branch in westlondon because I had an offer which was buy one get one free with a side for free delivery. workers were rude over the phone, didn't take much notice of my order, had to repeat my order numerous times due to the lack of concentration of the workers. when the 2 pizzas arrived and side as poppers, the pizza was undercooked and cold when it had arrived/ me and my family were very disappointed thinking domino's is a high class pizza shop where it is actual satisfactory, we had to preheat the pizza which was not from our expectation, the side was not cooked and cold . the whole dinner was a disaster.

I use to order from Stocksbridge branch and had a few wrong and burnt orders, which they amended and they turned up over 30 minutes later with it ( yes should be within 10 as they did the wrong order) and were given the wrong order back each time to prove they got it wrong!!!
After giving reviews after every order.... my account was deleted by them!!! I didn’t do it.... why would I???
I messaged them and no reply. I re-did the account 5 times and each time was deleted. BUT outcome is they lose £50+ orders 2 to 4 times a month and I have more money and I am healthier...., but badly managed and bad non-existent customer service that do not help!!! Asked staff at branch, told to ring in, but I like prrof of what I ordered... when you ohone they just say that is what you ordered.... so basically tough!!... BUT their loss!!!!

I ordered a pizza and chicken kickers. The delivery arrived but I was not home. An hour, 45 minutes later I call asking what has happened to the delivery. They respond that I gave a fake number. The phone was on silent in the flat and I was out at the time for 10 minutes. It was the greatest insult. Dominos will have to do better next time. That was disgraceful.

He doesn’t want to tell us the size of a large pizza ( trade secret). But he is very sure how many people it can feed.

Can’t tell the size of their pizza. This company has stooped down so low to name regular sized pizzas as large and scam customers.

i have tried to give dominos endless chances but why do i even bother - they have no concept of integrity meeting their delivery that they set themselves just now - i ordered 1154 and they said 50-60 minutes.. as I am writing this - NO PIZZA YET! and you try to call customer service - the standard and very USELESS answer is THEY ARE BUSY DOWN THERE! then why dont they say it will take 2 hours delivery not one hour so people can decide if they still want to order elsewhere..nothingn really great about the taste as well - they have a lot to learn from Dominos in Iceland - where the pizzas are not only delivered on time, ahead of time and the pizza taste good! second, DOMINOS MANAGMENT WAKE UP!

Ordered pizza at 1am no sign of it after an hour rang them they said electrics were down didn’t even ring me to say they had cancelled the order. Really bad service !!!birmingham central branch !! Never again

Absolute worst company to order through in Denmark for food. I have tried a few times with them and each time I receive my food super late and super cold (this last time I was told no later than 50 minutes, it arrived after 1 hour 40 minutes. When I called after an hour and 10 minutes of waiting I was told the delivery guy left 15 minutes earlier. This means to travel approx 1km it took the delivery 45 minutes). When calling customer service they state they will give me a free side next time I order and when I try to use the code it doesnt work. Laxidazical and horrible service. Best to put them out of business and make room for more service oriented companies that really put effort in quality.

The driver couldn’t find our address even with a satnav, I gave him around 7-8 different ways to direct him to try and make it easier but he still couldn’t find it, the directions I gave were extremely easy, there’s no way he should have had any problems, after 30 minutes we gave up and cancelled the order and had to make something quick for our hungry 5 year old

They take way to long to make, and I don't know if im the only one, but i feel like their meat taste a little bit wierd... I would definetly prefer a real pizza place...

Slowest service ever 65min for a pizza...could get it delivered earlier straight from Italy.
