Dominos pizza in Hvidovre is my main go-to eatery. The staff, the quality of the pizza and service is always excellent. Simply love it!

Best Domino’s we’ve had in Denmark

We tried out Domino’s for the first time since they re-opened on Amager Landevej and honestly the best Domino’s pizza I’ve had in Denmark, everything I expected from. Domino’s pizza, haven eaten there a lot in the UK. Will definitely be ordering from there again but PLEASE get cheese stuffed crust!

Don't bother ordering pizzas if you…

Don't bother ordering pizzas if you live more than 1 km from their store, they simply refuse to deliver if you live that far from their store. Anything about a 20 min drive is a no go. It's funny cause I had pizzas delivered to me a few days earlier from dominos no problem, and I even got it 25 mins after ordering it.
Guess I'll have to find somewhere else to eat from now on.

If I could give a lower score I would.

Made an order which came to almost £40 so 320kr. They called us after to say they didn't have the right toppings so we altered the order slightly. We was then called again minutes later to be told we was out of delivery range so they couldn't do our order. We was understanding and fine with this although it was inconvenient. THEN we realised we had still been charged and no refund was done. We called 7 times in total to try and get this resolved, each time they promised they would sort it and even said they would call back to ensure they had. They never did resolve this, I had to call my bank and dispute what they had done because clearly they had no intention of doing this. Honestly save yourself the trouble and don't get from dominos.

good deal.

I went to their website to take advantage of the above deal. I ordered a specialty pizza. When I got to check out, there was no discount. The price was $15 and some change. This was no $30 pie. So, took my business to Pizza Hut though they didn't have that particular pizza, I got a good deal.

Poor website for collection orders

I’ve ordered many times from Dominoes, though I do think they’re over priced. You can get a pizza in a restaurant much cheaper. The ordering process for delivery is ok. The website is awful if you want to collect. There is no “my orders” button so if you go back the order has disappeared. This was a problem for us as I had navigated to another page and the order number also disappeared! Tried ringing which was hopeless. Service leaves a lot to be desired.

Dominos on hills road.

Dominos on hills road are very rude. They spat on my order,I found boogers and a finger or toe nail and they are extremely rude. I was talking to one of the workers and they were shouting at me. I don't recommend buying their dirty pizzas.

Very bad advertising

Very bad advertising. And a very rude man giving instructions to the telephone operator.
I’d advise you query all deals advertised. As they tried many excuses to not fulfill an deal advertised. I will not use dominos again. Nor will I recommend them.

Awful

Awful. I am celiac and they made me pay to download the app and pay £15 for a SMALL pizza. It was tiny. Awful for gluten free. Would not recommend,

The hurdles of getting a delivery today

So lets start off with ordering... I placed my order and the mobile phone version on the internet tried to get me to do a faster visa payment - which wouldn't accept my card in the end so i had to go back and do it all again the normal route afterwards.
Once this was done I looked at the little bot screen and saw it go through the motions no problem - i got a confirmation e-mail that it had been sent out for delivery. In which my order wasn't what I ordered. The main reason I ordered domino's tonight was because I was thirsty and really wanted coca cola (original) and only had my mum's zero in the house - which I don't like! So i thought i'd get delivery with some dough balls as well...
The delivery which is less than 15 minutes away from the shop takes over half an hour at which point i decide to call in. Only to get told that the driver had another delivery before mine - no problem until, 'he'll be with you in the next 18 minutes'. mind in all this time i might just as well have gone to tesco bought a bottle of coke and some dough balls and baked them myself!
The real shame though is that when they were eventually delivered i had coca cola ZERO which i definitely didn't order and my dough balls were lukewarm at best and didn't taste that nice either - what a complete and utter waste of time and money this was.

Domino's has always been my favourite pizza place and it still makes the best pizzas but i'm sorely disappointed with the overall experience i received tonight and it makes me question whether i would do so again in the future or if it's not best to go to the store straight away...

Abusive to disabled customers

I complained to driver that it was the 20th time they was late delivering, driver replied “well don’t fu*king order from us again then”. I complained to the manager and he was being abusive and hanging up the phone on me. You complain to the head office and they ban any further deliveries to your home. Charming way to treat disabled people

Domino pizza is the worst pizza on this…

Domino pizza is the worst pizza on this planet. They saturate the pizza with tomatoes ketchup and BBQ sauce which makes it to taste revolting. I will never buy it again neither will I recommend it to anyone. My Domino branch is Tottenham in North London. Not even my grand children could eat it. It was a waste of money. Grace

False advertising and very rude staff

False advertisement buy a medium pizza get one free. It never happened all I got was excuses. And I double checked the offer. It was the first time I had a Domino's Pizzas. After explaining to the staff that it was my first time I obviously ordered too slow and the staff was rude.. It was an effort to answer any questions. Even though the shop was empty. The pizza I enjoyed but the staff made me feel silly. It's unlikely that I will go back to the Helston shop again.

I tried phoning for two hours today…

I tried phoning for two hours today 28th May 2019 and there was no reply each time after ringing for around Five minutes. I tried ordering online they wanted me to register, I did and they wanted my credit card details but I want to pay cash. So fed up in the end and ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut who answered their phone in a nano second and delivered promptly. Unless the owners get a grip of their business judging by the reviews which they seem to ignore, it will just fade away. No more dominos for us.
