Unbelievably bad service
Ordered 12 pizzas to be picked up at 11.15 at Stjernepladsen, Århus N. Arrived at 11.10, and most of the pizzas weren't even formed. No apologies from the two guys behind the desk, who seemed more or less indifferent. When I kindly asked 11.25, when they expected to be finished, they said 11-12 minutes, so 25 minutes late.
When paying for the pizzas, I asked to have a discount, since I had waited for 25 minutes, but none was given. At no point did I receive an apology for the huge delay.
The order is perhaps close to store opening, but don't accept to make 12 pizzas, if you cannot deliver on time.
I am definitely never coming back and we are finding another pizzeria to help us the next time, we need that many in our company!

Left on hold and blamed
I ordered 2 pizzas and paid extra for special crusts - they arrived an hour later with the plain crusts. No big deal, I'll just call them and ask how to proceed with the refund or new pizzas. The phone rings for 10-15 minutes (I know they are busy, so I have no problem waiting). Then someone picks up but no one speaks and they put the phone on the table or something because I can hear the shop in the background but no one speaks. I wait and ask them to pick up - and get stubborn because what a terrible thing to do! I eat some of the pizza I did get - at this point I'm starving. Then I hop on my bike and go to the store and after 32 minutes I am in the store to complain about this. I talk to the guy behind they counter and ask why they left me hanging and that that was a pretty audacious thing to do. I tell him that all I wanted to call about was the wrong crusts but why would they be so rude? In response he goes to where the phones are, hangs up, (I am still on the call so I can hear theis), comes back and asks me why I didn't bring (on my bike) the (45 minute old cold) pizza that I had delivered, so I could get some new ones? No apology or good explanation for the behavior - I wonder, if I hadn't eaten the pizza and brought it back for him to toss out and make new ones, would he have refunded the delivery fee? What a joke. I have ordered from them many times over the years since they reopened and it has just been steady decline in both quality and service.

Don't do it
Made an order and part of it did not show up (couple of dips).
I wrote dominos immediately (after trying to shout up the delivery guy, that just ignored me) and now (three days later) i still don't have a response.
Will not buy again (also, pizzas are not great, but this review just covers the shopping experience).

We buy in kalundborg 2 times. 1 time we got a diffrent pizza than we ordered. 2 time they were burned, and there was hair on one of the pizza, they promised us the money back, but here 3-4 weeks aften oure 2 buy, we still havent resived Any money back. :-/

Website upgrade made it useless
"We’re sorry, this delivery address is not recognised in our system." I many orders before in the same address and this new site made it impossible to place an order. This upgrade is a failure. It doesnt offer any alternatives to choose an address... Useless

Domino’s Pizza - The Big Scam
Well arrived to order and takeaway, we’re stunned to find out we’re cheated in a big scam.
Domino’s DONT advertise selling price for any item at all, just “claims” prices FROM…
On their menu drinks (to go) are advertised as prices FROM DDK 20,00. That’s simply not true. We paid 21,50 plus additional “pant fee”. Fine with the pant fee, but just another scam on the price.
Customers are actually “guilty in the crime” of Domino’s pricing. The Sale Persons answer on the above was (l quote): “you could have asked about the prices”.
Pizzas was as expected, but total satisfaction have to be weighted against the scam on price setting.

I have never been so shocked by someone…
I have never been so shocked by someone working in Dominos Odense. I would recommend to the management to talk to the employee at work. The order was ordered around 19:00 and received a call from them between 19:29 and 19:31. (04.14.2021)
I ordered through my phone on their website, I have ordered many times from Dominos and I am quite happy with the quality of their pizza after they reworked the company. So, you would think that autofill would be in order at my phone. Unfortunately, it for some reason mixed up the street number from 2 instead of 148. When Dominos tried to call me, I was taking a Tier bike and could not take my phone and it was on silent.
When I finally came to a stop right from my home, I looked my phone and saw the missed called, I called straight away. I was met with a courteous individual at start. But the individual that I talked with handed the phone over to another staff member.
That individual was rather agitated and firstly asked where I lived, I told where I lived, then told that Dominos did not ship there. Which I found weird as I have ordered many times before without a problem, which I said. What was most uncomforting about this conversation is I was not given much time to explain myself as I was talked over by the individual, felt like there was no intention to listen to the customer. Then the individual turns to his co-worker while having me on the phone, I can understand quite enough of Danish, though I spoke English. The individual is cursing his delivery guy, me and is frustrated. He does not use nice words about me, I heard everything. He found out later as well that Dominos does ship to my address.
The individual then turns back to me on the phone, not listening to a word I have to say, telling me that they do not have time for this, they were busy and that they tried to call, I and this situation was very annoying for them. When I started to explain the situation, the individual did not want to listen and started to raise their voice. I did raise my voice…
I have been in the hospitality industry for 10+ years with education to back that up, this is the decision I would have taken. Simply, I would have taken the pizza back to the store and said since I did not pickup, we had to continue with other deliveries, and I could pick it up myself. Which I would have been fine with as I made the mistake of not checking my autofill and not answering my phone while riding Tier. But making the customer feel so bad, cursing him, not listening to him, talking back to him, and making him feel like he is the problem. I would never have an individual working for me with that attitude.
I have been advocating the new dominions and I know that my word of mouth has sold quite the number of pizzas for you. Since of this situation I have decided to stop doing that and not buy from you anymore. I want to add that you do not know the situation of the person you are talking to and you should not blame the customer, rather explain the situation to him. I just came from the hospital where I have spent large amount of time, I have a rather short fuse because of it and psychologically drained.
I though want to compliment the delivery employees, they are always positive.
Hope you sort out your establishment before someone else takes a hit from that frustrated employee who most likely was having a bad shift...

Terrible experience
I just ordered a large pizza for delivery to my place and after the whole order went through, I receive a call telling me that I am "outside their delivery area" and that "his boss would get mad at him if he sent it". Then he explains that I'm not getting my money back until maybe a week later because it had to go to/through a bank in "Australia". I also paid with a foreign card so I doubt I get my money back. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

They accidentally delivered my order to the wrong address. They called me to apologise and asked if I wanted my money back, to which I agreed. They said it would take around 5-7 days because "the request has to go through their offices in the Netherlands". 2 weeks later I still didn't receive anything.
At this point, I'm tired of calling and following up. The manager in the local Domino's was so embarrassed that he paid me back out of his own pocket. I promised him when I got my money back from Domino's I would pay him back... I still haven't received anything from Domino's. Really bad experience.

Made an order via their own website
Made an order via their own website. Put in my address, their interface said they deliver to my address between 10-19 hours, I paid and was promptly called and was told they do not deliver to the address i entered into their own website.. It was really a long hard think if I wanted to order at dominoes after all their hygienic problems. Luckily they have made it easy for me. They DO NOT WANT customers. Probably my luck.
