Rude, impolite, unprofessional, callow staff and owners; inconsistent services

The dominos located on 7174 Rockbridge Road, suite 1101, Stone Mountain, GA 30087 with phone number (678) 392-3130 is a huge mistake from which to make any order. This location is a franchise and the owner(s) is no better than the manager jerome, who is short-tempered and highly emotional with the customers who are ever dissatisfied with orders. He admitted to me that he lessened the toppings on my pizzas which were remakes after the delivery driver messed them up because they fell in his truck, but he said they were damaged in the store. Avoid this store like you'd want to avoid a tornado. I have suspicion that some of my pizzas were spiked due to changes in my bowel movements, and it wasn't just me that noticed the changes. Things with us improved after we stopped ordering from here. As of 12-27-2024, the manager jerome said corporate has made the decision to not send anymore deliveries to my home. I do not believe that corporate made that decision since this is a franchise that does not tell the truth as when it claimed to have called me but no one did. I hope dominos close up entirely. It keeps hiring the worst examples of people. How does a dominos employee get offended because a customer was dissatisfied with his or her order? It is not your food or money! Plus, from a previous order of the jalapeño pineapple chicken, that order was cheated by someone cutting the pieces of chicken in half, and the chicken is shorted in other food items like the alfredo pasta which is also flavorless. Dominos corporate still owes me a refund, and communication by both phone and email with it has been futile.

Last night I ordered one Pizza and…

Last night I ordered one Pizza and Garlic bread from Mt Eden Dominos, that was awful. The pizza was soggy and with barely any toppings. I've wasted my money and put them in rubbish, I will never order from Domino’s Pizza again. I do not recommend Domino’s Pizza from that branch to anyone who wants a fresh, hot and tasty pizza.

I last ordered from dominos in council…

I last ordered from dominos in council bluffs iowa. A week later im at home and earned 2 free pizza rewards. I have people coming over to the house in texas. I order and redeem my 2 free pizzas and add another 4 pizzas. Later checking on delivery time i see that my pizza profile after ordering and paying for extra had automatically set my home store as council bluffs iowa and i have only been there 3 times in last 2 years. So the app had decided my home store was a thousand miles away from me. Have 50 orders from texas and 3 in 2 years from iowa. When explained to management (or robot answer service) they thanked me for contact and that was it. No compensation for there mistake. No real person to handle my complaint. My advice is stick with papa johns or elsewhere. Never had that problem with anyone else and never since. Dominos doesnt care and way to busy to satisfy a regular customer. I like coke products so i chose dominos. Now i buy my own diet coke and order papa johns. So far papa johns never made a stupid mistake like that so ill stay here.

***SCAM SCAM SCAM***

I have been scammed by a company called Complete Savings who Domino’s are affiliated. I was told I could have £16.87 off my next order, but what I didn’t know was I was apparently signing up to a £15 per month subscription. I have had £15 taken from my bank. I have complained to Domino’s via their own complaints procedure, but I didn’t get a satisfactory response. I will no longer be using Domino’s in the future.

No double decadence.

Delivery driver decided to hand 3 large pizzas to a 3 yr old. Lucky he didn't drop them. Ordered 6 pizzas 2 double decadence. No cheese sauce so basically a thin & crispy. Called up & was offered to take away the pizzas & send actual order. Ended up being refunded for £6 extra sauce. Pizzas were tasty though. Poor service.

Appalling customer service

Ordered a pizza for collection from their Harrogate, Leeds Road branch online. Submitted the order at a cost of £35 however the receipt came through at a cost of £57! We contacted the branch immediately who said and I quote, ‘not our problem, the discount hasn’t gone through.’ When we asked for the difference to be refunded we were advised we had to go to the dominos website and go through head office to request it. At this point given how unhelpful they had been we requested they cancel the order, this was apparently against their policy and they couldn’t cancel it. Upon pressing the point they did cancel it but we had to go through head office for a refund. After the automated response we did not receive any further communication let alone a refund so we had to complain again! Finally, ten days later we received a refund but no compensation or response to how our complaint regarding the branch representative had been managed. Won’t ever use again. Overpriced and very poor service. Not the first time we have had bad service from them, wrong and late orders and no customer service whatsoever so this is the final straw for us!

Dominos pizza Discrimination

Discrimination, I have a dairy Intolerance always had vegan base with meat topping from wrexham branch last five years , new manger ZEE will not now allow vegan base with meat topping , was arrogant and rude said he didn't care what happened in past he wouldn't do it , discrimination at its worst I didn't chose not to be able to eat something, his attitude was disgusting

Food poisoning from delivery order, had to ring in sick from work

Ordered a rare domino's last night to try out, took advantage of an apparent "two for one offer", with the savings the misses decided to purchase some kind of chicken wing product, after consuming and taking a nap of sorts she has had non stop sickness and diarrhoea, she is still on the floor as I type this and cannot leave the bathroom, she will also be missing work today through this.

St Budeaux branch is the worst.

I ordered late from Dominos pizza in St Budeaux in Plymouth UK. The Pizza arrived with all the toppings just thrown in the middle and was undercooked as a result. I emailed them as when I went back online it said the store was now closed and sent pictures of what I received. My reply next day was that I should've called and they would've sent another one but I explained it was closed. I got no reply from that so emailed the main customer complaints email, eventually once I'd explained I didn't want money off or free pizza and just the right thing to be done they emailed and said basically you've had your reply so case closed. Absolutely disgraceful way of dealing with bad service and shows how little they care about quality whilst constantly banging on about it. I'll never use them again and from many reviews on here there are others who think the same. By the way I have the emails and photos to prove all of this from start to finish.

Zero if possible just for service and…

Zero if possible just for service and staff attitude and lack of customer service & common sense... my recent experience was at Crawley. Store closes at 5am, i dont have Internet banking so i wanted to order a pizza and wait outside for it. The staff wouldn't let me order, aswell as the 5 other customers wanting to do the same thing. It 'had to be delivered' .. so at the end of the day that store cost your company I'd say, over £100 in sales plus the bad review left here

I have had it with lousy food and terrible customer service. Yesterday i tried to redeem my free pizza on line had to drive to location .called them on the phone i was at their front door 10 ft away.i told 2 emploees that i neede help they both refused . they said they couldnt use the app.

Domino's Store #8988 Tunnel Rd. Asheville, NC

We ordered 2 pizzas and waited. When the app told us the driver was arriving, we went out to meet him, only to see him making a u-turn at our neighbors (we live in a condo complex) and driving away. He never even bothered to drive into my neighborhood to look for my home, which is very very clearly marked.

When I called to ask what happened, the delivery guy scolded me because my phone number was wrong in the system. He told me it was my fault that he was unable to deliver the pizza and that if we wanted our order, it would be an additional 45+ minutes.

We watched him drive into my neighborhood, turn around at the first set of houses, and drive away. There is clear signage everywhere. He never even bothered to look for the house.

According to Yelp and other customer review sites, this store has gone as far as stealing money from their customers and refuses to supply services, even when paid. Calls are met with rudeness, lies and dishonesty.

There are no words

There are no words! We make an order, the operator warns that to wait 1.5 hours, ok, we agreed. 1.5 hours pass, we call, connect to the pizzeria, the pizzeria says “wait another 30 minutes”, I say “wait” and ask my husband whether we will wait or not, in parallel a male voice in the phone says “good, all the best” and drops it. ..
What's damn good?!? We have been waiting for an hour and a half, as you warned, in the end you have to wait two hours !! And it's not destiny to warn earlier? And what does “all the best” mean? What kind of service ?! After that I call the call center, explain the situation and say that I want to leave a complaint, what they say to me "expect" and immediately transfer to a pizzeria, whatoooo?
Are you kidding me?! I write on Facebook, silence, it's impossible to get through! Nobody wants to lure a complaint!
**** up terribly! Just darkness! It was always cool, but now, it's complete .....! Moreover, this is not the first time!
I do not recommend it to anyone!

They gave me My pizza, i ask them to remade it because I did not like the way it was. She told me no, unless I pay for it. this was the 1st time I heard that. I told her. how Meaning pizza waste in one day ? Lol
N U you tell me you cannot remake one pizza ?. Have you ever heard customers is all ways right?,🤔 Shame on The managers there on 2nd schiff .

Total disregard for Covid 19 rules

Absolutely disgusted with the amount of people, all 20 something stood in one of the smallest shop fronts you could imagine, about 3ft by 10ft. Must have been half a dozen young people stood there all within inches of each other and at least three different groups with not one of them wearing a mask
The staff behind the counter were not much better with only the odd person wearing a mask. The staff making the Pizzas had no gloves or masks on.
It is a disgrace that this shop can allow this to happen!
No one is abiding the government guidelines, there is no enforcement of or challenging of the people entering not only this shop but lots of other shops and the youth and twenty somethings seem to think this is all a big joke.
Signs on doors say 2 people at a time but are not being enforced.
Maybe when their family members or friends die of Covid they may take a different vue.
This virus will never go away anytime soon when such ignorance is abound.
These people make my blood boil. If it wasn't going to put extra strain on the NHS I wish all these igonorant pigs would catch it.

Goring branch

Goring branch: what a fantastic branch. Fun, courteous drivers, excellent quality pizza, super fast delivery, these guys kept us alive and fed whilst we were temporarily in between homes.

Dominos Delivery Driver Beats you Up

If you do not Tip the driver and you have been ordering regularly expect the delivery driver to attack you. I have been attacked by a delivery driver from this exact store , the delivery driver didnt speak english and thought I was tryna take the pizza for free when I was just getting change. He didnt have a mask on and I have to now get my covid test. I never been attacked so violently over pizza before. The pizza went flying , his mask fell off, luckly my gf spoke spanish and threatened to call the cops. I Called corporate and all they told me is that they cant do nothing about it because its another independent owner. It doesnt make sense how that company still bears the name but wont take responsibility for lack of respect for their customers! Ill never order from Dominos again!
