A terrible service from the Ilkley branch. Waited over an hour. Called them and the sad they couldn’t cope but it looked they were still accepting orders. I could either wait another 1-2 hours or get a refund in 7-14 days. What a joke. I think the Company has had its day and the rumours it’s in trouble are true. Never again.

Appalling customer service from staff at Cardiff city centre branch. Dominos need to teach their employees good communication and customer service skills!!!!! They do not treat loyal customers respectfully at all!!! Can't even get the correct information on their computer, waste of time talking to staff cannot resolve a simple error/issue awful staff!!!!!!! Horrible branch to order from better off doing your own food and saving your money!!!!

New store opened nearby great pizza great service been needed in the area for a while really.

I had ordered pizza for the family one night and followed the tracker, said when it was leaving the store, well an hour later the guy had the nerve to call me and ask me for my address, and at this point I was very angry and I told the guy I do not want the order so he said okay fine and hung up, I send two emails to customer service and I called the franchise no reply no answer no nothing, so I called the actual store and talk to a manager and he said we're busy too bad. What's really funny is now that I'm posting this Dell call me wanting to make things better, should have answered your emails.

I am doing a review on this pizza place called Dominos.com in Greenville, NC on Charles BLVD which is by me. Well late last night like after 1 a.m., I decided to order a pizza with their creamy white sauce and chicken meat which was made by this incredible female named Gabrielle. She made my pizza so darn good that I can't stop talking about her. She has skills because she can make a darn delicious pizza. I just wished she had put on more chicken meat on that pizza. People at this store, they have the best cooks ever there. I mean they can throw down. Every time I order from this store they always make my stuff so great that I have to write about them, but this time Gabrielle holds the star in my taste buds. hey girl, don't ever leave.

Extremely disappointed with this company or rather this particular franchise shop which is in Cowick Street, Exeter. We just had a pizza delivery and all the food was luke warm and tasted awful as a result. No problem of course because as a customer one can complain right? Wrong, do you know why? Because the manager who says his name is Ty told us that it was impossible, that is right it was not true and no way was our food cold. Does that mean we are liars then:( Must do and I have rarely encountered such shocking customer service. Ty, I am going to pursue this until I get a proper apology from you!

Their pizzas taste really good and fresh, also most of their shops around London are very clean and beautiful in convenient locations, thumbs up for this company despite their prizes going up the roof.. :)

I'm so impressed with my local branch of Dominos. Talk about quick. The pizza is always perfectly cooked. The toppings taste so fresh. The drivers are all great too. We just love the Large Hot and Spicy Pizza from Eastbourne Town centre.

Our pizza has been on quality check for 30 mins. It will be freezing by the time they have delivered! Pointless

Rarely have I been to a dominoes in Sri Lanka. But, this branch is well-maintained and grabs a decent crowd. I loved the buy one...thank you very much

I ordered chicken perm sandwich and chicken alfredo bread bowl .at 6:47pm time now is 7:53pm and no food and no phone calls from the delivery guy . I called the store and I was placed on hold for 12 minutes till I eventually hung up. I called them again they put me on hold again .I blocked my number an got them on the phone finally .I asked where the food was ,the dominos pizza rep responded with "oh he's not there yet ". then I canceled my order and asked to speak with the manager .the manager was in no mood to speak with me reasonably .this is horrible horrible never again . the dominos pizza store is located at

I ordered £30 worth of food from dominos tonight. One pizza arrived burnt on top and one arrived raw. Both inedible.

Called the store, offered replacement pizzas, declined as worried same thing will happen after an hour wait. Asked for a refund, told "I can't do that" by store manager, told I have to call customer services.

Called customer services, told they can't refund me, have to go to store. Called back the store,told he can't do anything.

Called customer services back, they have to pass complaint on to the franchise - it can take 5 days for them to investigate.

5 days to investigate why a pizza was burnt and another raw.

So 5 days out of pocket £30 for food I can't eat.

Useless.

Pretty good. I guess it depends on pizza itself and on country where it's made. A lot of people like it

One of my friends told me he got poisoned after eating Dominoe's. I didn't but when I ordered, I was unpleasantly surprised: dry, insipid and somehow..stale? I even can't describe it properly. It was horrible. Never again am I going to eat this.

I personally love Dominos pizza, the taste is great. Always order for the family when we get the chance, find great specials online.

When I order pizza, the service is very good. They were very nice on the phone and when I had a problem they always fix it for me. The customer clientele would recommend me good prices. Always order every week.

Pan pizza, wow. These taste good and very fresh too.

I love how easy there website is to navigate. I always get what i ordered and my son loves there food. I could not make it without there low prices... Thanks
