Come sempre, i cinesi vendono un buon hardware, un pessimo software e se ne fregano dell'assistenza clienti. Quando ho ordinato il telefono per la prima volta, ho ricevuto una scatola piena di pezzi di metallo e hanno semplicemente scaricato la responsabilità sul corriere. Il portale e-sim non ha mai funzionato, la fotocamera da 108 MP è falsa e dopo due anni il telefono ha perso le sue caratteristiche di resistenza all'acqua. I tecnici dicono che non possono riparare il telefono senza rompere lo schermo e Doogeemall continua a rispondere di “chiedere al venditore”, fingendo di non aver venduto il telefono. Abbiamo bisogno di qualche tipo di protezione da queste frodi. Non arrendetevi e, se avete un problema valido, fategliela pagare.

As always, Chinese sell a good hardware, a bad software and they don't give a s*** about customer care. When I first ordered the phone, I received a box full of metal pieces and they just gave the responsabilities to the courier. The e-sim portal never worked, the 108MP camera is a fake and after two years the phone lost its water resistant traits. Usual technician say they cannot repair the phone without breaking the screen and from Doogeemall they keep answering to "ask to the seller", pretending they did not sell the phone. We need some kind of protection from this frauds. Don't give up and, if you have any valid issue, make them pay.

After few months the charging port failed on Doogee V20Pro that I purchased because of Infrared camera in this phone and hopefully ruggedness. The only contact with them is an email, and after several days they sent me response to my warranty claim (stupid me, I even purchased extended warranty !):

We can provide you with a separate charging port accessory
You can find a digital store in the attached area for repair
Or we can provide you with a video of disassembling the machine
You can repair it yourself

RUN FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

Ordered S200. 2 weeks with no shipment info till this day. Send Email to get update on order, no response in normal 2 days. Just send email about refund, but considering their support is non existent I don't expect any response. Will have to contact paypal to refund my money tomorrow.

UPDATE
After contacting PayPal about refund they, contact doogeemall. It seems you need to take this action to get any reply from them. They told me version I ordered is out of stock and I can get refund or switch color of my phone. I agree on switching color. I just got another mail (3-4 working days since last one) asking me if I need to change my color version........
Lost my patience here send not the nicest email telling em If they don't send my phone till end of week (2more days) I get my refund.

If you guys want any doogee phone, just use Amazon, even though they cant run a shop, they products are still great

Purchased a two year warranty on a VMAX. Afer one year the SIM Card reader fails. After two months of emails the response was it will take 1 -3 months for repair. I request an RMA number. Non provided. A name of an individual is provided. I state this is unacceptable. No furthe assistance.

Bought a device from this crowd. A year later I have an issue with My proximity sensor. I'm getting nothing but a runaround and even now the communication is stopped. My claim is authentic and I find that I've got zero customer service after the sale stay away from this crowd

Bought a doogee smini. Delivery time was almost a month longer than stated on the website because the phone was not in their warehouse in Europe yet, they decided to give me a gift as compensation. Really good costumer service and fast replies on mails.

Smooth ordering. Kept well informed on delivery progress. Delivered on time. Really happy with the phone (v20pro). Hoping it will survive next fishing season!

Don't buy from this site. I loose money and never get the product.

I had bought a doogee vmax in August 2023 and up at until October and it
was fine until the microphone developed a fault where it just records or hears static. I contacted doogee customer support who factually made a joke that it was just a bit of noise caused by dust. I sent a video recording the sound issues. Then I was told to contact the seller with my order details which I did and then again and again and again and nothing happened. Almost given up on such shabby treatment. You note the reviews on any site selling doogee are all so fake it's embarrassing to read it.

Bought the new doogee online at doogee mall. Received the device in the UK within 5 days and I am super happy.

Great phone and great service don't let this trust pilot scare you, any issues contact doogee direct and tell them about what your issue is and ask for help,

Bought aT20 Tablet 4Weeks ago. Tablet with some extras, total €280 arrived in time and I was very pleased with the appearance. Until after two weeks the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stoppt working. Had some e-Mail back and forth with the Doogee Support but nothing worked. They told me to contact the “seller” Doogeemall for any guarantee or repair services.
Mailed them several times, but did not get an reaction.
As a second time buyer (Doogeemall thanked me for buying again) this is very unsatisfactory. My first buy was a s98 Phone, about €350, last year. This phone has some microphone-issues recently for which I will not use it anymore.

Made the purchase first then read the reviews and got nervous. Took about 9 days to be delivered. I'm doing this review using my new Doogee S98 Pro and delighted with it. Between Doogee themselves and the courier emailing me with updates of delivery, I am very impressed and the phone is perfect for what I need it for. Don't let some bad reviews ruin it for you. Use PayPal to make the purchase.

Shipment is started only 8 days after ordering although I add quick delivery option !

I bought a V20 over their Doogeemall. They delivered it via GLS (Germany). Unfortunately the Phone never arrives, so i had the whole trouble with GLS and doogee. GLS told me that the Phone should be in the mailbox, but the mailbox isn't big enough for parcels. Doogee told me that they take care of it - but nothing happend. Since 22 of July they even not responding on mails anymore...

So be careful here: If you have trouble, nobody will help you!

I'll now try to get my money back by VISA Chargeback... :/

You have not even bothered to reply to any emails since May 2021, so it is very very obvious now that you are exactly the kind of deceitful con artists that I was concerned you were.

If you want a decent rugged phone, look at Ulephone. Their screens don't break, the bluetooth works properly, the phone signal is excellent, the batteries continue to work properly and the OS is decent.

If I could I would rate it with minus star.
My daughter paid 230 pounds for a mobile that never came. She tried several contacts trough the email but in vain. We have the proofs. NO MOBILE, NO REFUND.

I ordered a Doogee S90c from Doogeemall on December 22, 2020 and paid with PayPal. I chose DSL and paid extra for expedited shipping. The payment cleared, and it gave me an order number. It shows the status as paid. But I haven’t seen ANY activity since or received updates.I emailed them to get an update. E mails received only a form response which did not address my questions at all. I clicked the refund button to see if that would get a response. Nothing there either. I can understand a delay in shipping. But at least let me know SOMETHING ! I’m not sure if my phone is delayed or if I simply threw my money away.

If I receive my phone, refund, or RELEVANT response, I’ll update the review.

Today is January 19, 2021. Still NOTHING. NO response, no merchandise, no explanation.

I bought headphones less then a year ago and they have stopped working. I have been trying for months to try and get them replaced with no luck. Finnaly I was told they are sending me new ones and attached the original tracking number not the new one. Now they won't respond.
