No customer service or support
I have previously bought a Doogee phone (BL5000) from Debenhams and the phone is beautiful, reliable and it has many good features and functions for the price point HOWEVER, although my past experience of Doogee products has been good, my experience of dealing with Doogeemall has been abysmal. I wanted the new Doogee N20 but had to order through the Doogeemall site (Debenhams don't do phones now).Doogeemall have had my money for over a month now and they have still not dispatched my phone. I have attempted to contact them on many occasions and their response is appalling. The first time I contacted them they did respond to my email, but they did not answer the questions that I asked them. Subsequent emails to them have been totally ignored and queries raised in their 'Support Centre' are not responded to in any way at all. I'm giving them one more week and then that's it, I'll call in Paypal or Visa and ask for their intervention to reclaim my money.
