Month delay, wrong colour delivered

Terrible purchase.
The ‘acid joggers’ were advertised as a dark green colour clearly online. What arrived was light grey. If I knew they’d arrive light grey there’s no way I would have bought them.

All these after a month delay. I purchased from Barcelona (my first error), and there was zero contact or tracking from their team during that time. The fuss of returning them because they are not the colour on the website AT ALL will likely outweigh the benefits.

I wouldn't recommend this company

What a shambles of a company ordered two t-shirts on the 14/10 with expected shipping 2/3 days emailed immediately to say I had ordered the wrong size and could they change to XL. Got no response emailed again and used their online form and nothing. In the end as I thought I'd been scammed I contacted my bank to cancel the payment strangely enough the next day I got a shipping notification. But they gave still sent the wrong size.
I now need to run the gauntlet of returning them and pray I get the exchange in time for Christmas.
Tbh I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Placed an order on 9/12 and received…

Placed an order on 9/12 and received shipping confirmation. After a couple weeks the tracking info never updated beyond "pending receipt of package". Reached out to Doomsday via email 9/29 and on 10/4 looking for an update. Spoke with Jamie on 10/4 who stated the package had been lost and was shipping the shirts again. As of today, 10/22, still have not received order. Really wanted to order more from them based on their prints and designs but am a little hesitant at this point. Not sure where the breakdown is but it is disappointing. Hoping they can get the issues worked out.

Awful, avoid!!!

Ordered from them, its been 3 weeks, no delivery details have been sent, contacted their page 5 times and nobody has replied. Scam site dont order from here.

Hesitant at first

I was hesitant at first living in the Netherlands, but i'm happy I ordered three shirts. Placed the order on the 12th of september and received an shipment mail on the 19th.

No customer service after weeks

Placed a large order - it was deemed lost by royal mail who sent me back to doomsdayco. I've emailed a number of times, used the store contact us plage, dm'd on Instagram, dm'd on the customer support Instagram, left comments on posts for weeks with no reply. Desperate for some customer service. #11592

Great clothing and service

I recently placed an order and so happy I did!
Clothing came a few days after expected but the items are great quality and fits so well for someone who struggles with length being 6ft4.
Love the designs which stand out a lot more from other independent companies and have already decided to place another order.

very poorly made

You dont get any comms with orders from this company and the shipping is pretty slow. expect to wait 10-14 days for your delivery in the Uk (they are uk based).
I have bought 5 vests on 3 occasions leading up to my summer holiday away in July and have only worn and washed 2 of them as the others didnt turn up in time. The vests are quite expensive at between 29.95 and 34.99 pound but the quality of the material seemed quite good. Some prints seemed like transfers whilst others seemed printed into the material and higher production. The 1st transfer printed one was washed at 30 degrees as stated on the label and alot of the transfer washed off so that was useless and within one more wash the vest will be plain with no design. The second vest with the higher quality print was fine in that respect however faded lines appeared all over the garment itself which is really poor. So basically the items look good but are pretty poorly made.

Orders Not Being Fulfilled

Order placed 3 weeks ago... emailing weekly to try and get updates, but not getting anything back any more. Seems like Jamie might be putting his head in the sand here. Come on Jamie Norton... either send out orders, or refunds. And communicate here.

Such a shame

Such a shame. Had purchased in person quite a few bits at the UKTTA convention and really liked the products and the people behind the brand.
Followed up with an order, which I had hoped would be available for a holiday, but after nearly two weeks of no dispatched items and no response to emails, I’m left regretting the purchase. Reading other people’s experiences has confirmed what I had thought.
The automated response really should be updated (ships 1-3 days, but give a week), as it is misleading. It would be a little easier to understand if there was an actual response or transparency to any delays or shipping issues. Will not be returning any custom.
