20 days and still waiting!

I ordered an item of clothing from this company on 2nd December, and it is now 22nd December—20 days later—and I still have not received my order. Despite multiple emails and attempts to contact them via social media, I have received no response whatsoever.

They were very quick to take my money, but their customer service is nonexistent. I understand they are a small team, but that is no excuse for a lack of realistic communication. If a company cannot realistically manage orders during busy periods, they should adjust their messaging on social media or hire additional staff to cope with demand.

This has caused significant inconvenience. My husband is now missing a present, which has made the situation particularly disappointing and frustrating.

Overall, my experience with this company has been unprofessional and incredibly poor, and I cannot recommend them. I would have given zero stars if that were an option. Be aware before ordering from them—you risk not receiving your order and being ignored by customer service.

Here we go again...

Here we go again...
The same as last time. Place an order, they take your money and never deliver, then send out mass apologies MONTHS later, then dissolve because they can't run a business.

How naive I was to think you'd learn from your previous mistakes.

Seriously, why didn't they learn from last time?!

Placed an order mid November, and... Yep, nothing! Just a mass email saying "sorry we haven't sent your order yet, keep waiting!"

Honestly it's beyond a joke, sick of sending emails that get ignored, no number to call...

Just a Christmas gift that won't arrive, and money out of my bank :) Thanks guys!

Should be illegal to run a business this terribly. Should be ashamed of yourselves taking money from so many people for nothing. Lots of others without their Christmas gifts too I bet!

Placed an order 28th of November had…

Placed an order 28th of November had the confirmation (took the payment off me quick enough) then nothing no tracking update still nothing arrived. Been emailing and contacting their social media to find out what’s going on and zero reply so now have to wait the 30 days since payment was taken so I can try get my money back. Avoid.

Ordered on the 3rd December

Ordered on the 3rd December, and haven’t received my item, no communication when I’ve emailed MULTIPLE TIMES. I’ve messaged on Facebook and instagram and still nothing. The item I bought was for Christmas and now I won’t be getting to gift it. I wouldn’t have ordered if I had looked at the reviews first, it’s a shame as a few friends have ordered from here before and received their stuff! Honestly what a poop show.

Waiting for a response and the order

This is the first time I have used this company as I've seen it advertised on Instagram and thought the designs looked really cool. I ordered my boyfriend a top on the 2nd December to make sure it came for Christmas, as it said delivery could be 3-5 days. I understand christmas can have a delay in orders though. I hadn't heard anything so wanted to track it, but my order number wouldn't work on the tracking. I've tried to get in touch via the website and through email several times but I haven't heard anything so I feel quite at a loss. I have seen these other reviews now and delayed shipping and contact issues seem to happen a bit, but they get in contact through here so I hope it will come at some point. I don't think I will be able to order from here again even if the quality is good unfortunately. But I look forward to hopefully receiving the top soon.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could, after sending numerous emails and messages I have had no response. No shipping update and out of pocket for a Christmas present. If you can't cope with the demand you shouldn't take the orders, it's awful customer service and I've logged a claim with my bank to get money back.

Have ordered from this company many…

Have ordered from this company many times across the years. I really like a lot of the designs and support for independent artists. Sometimes the orders are shipped in a timely fashion, but this is very rarely the case. This is especially the case around busy periods. Company was put into administration before because funds were being withheld as too many people were claiming refunds. Doomsday have not learnt their lesson. They continue to take on orders when there is quite obviously no stock, claim that they are just a small business trying to fulfil orders, but will never put 'out of stock' on their website when they clearly do not have the items. How else would you explain shipping delays of in excess of a month? The designs and quality are good, but this will be the last time that I order from them. The management is obviously nothing short of a shit show.

Slow shipping, poor communication

I have used this company a couple of times. Quality is fine, but I have received wrong sizes before.

They never stick to their own shipping guidelines claiming that they're too busy - they set the shipping guidelines themselves.

I find you have to chase them to get responses, and the excuse is always that they're a small business etc etc.

For me and my money, other places to buy that won't stress you about when you'll get your stuff or if you've been had.

Pretty good

This shipped 10 days after I ordered which was fine as the order confirmation warned that it would take a short while. I'm happy with the joggers and the mystery t-shirt, correct sizing, etc. The only negative was that the joggers had a hole in the stitching of the pocket which I had to sew up

Item arrived in just under 1 month, company is slow to reply to messages but do reply. Clothing doesn't seem to be the same quality it used to be but still happy with it.

Really disappointed with this company…

Really disappointed with this company my partner had ordered before from them with no problem I ordered him a top coming up to 3 weeks ago (20th November it’s now the 5th December) haven’t heard about any shipping information I have emailed them a few times and tried to contact via instagram messages and no response I see other people have the same problem with them not contacting them back.
Very very disappointed hoping will get an update soon so it comes in time for Christmas at least 😡

Not feeling hopeful

I really wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt after reading these reviews but im 2 weeks on from my initial order placement and no further on shipping details or correspondence after emailing 3 times and contacting via Instagram direct message.

I'll update this review if theres any movement or correspondence to give a more up-to-date rating as I dont like the thought of dragging a small business.
