I finally bought the green hoodie I've been on the fence about and a crop tank on Jan 4th 2026. 9 days later no confirmation of the purchase, no shipping information, but my $150 was withdrawn within a day. It seems like this guy is doing a lot on his own so I am hoping he's fulfilling the order. I'll come back and update either way but so far its not looking good.

Would leave 0 stars if I could


Similar to other comments, ordered 10th December and then heard absolutely nothing despite emailing Jamie several times for an update on my order. Order still not arrived. How can a company run with such an appalling lack of customer service?
Have also now emailed requesting a complete refund as order still hasn’t arrived but again heard nothing from Doomsday or Jamie. Such a shame as previous items received, a few years ago now, were great quality.
Won’t be ordering from High Dive again either.

Better quality

Although it took a while to receive our order, we love our shirts! We have ordered from doomsday a few times over the years but seems like the quality has gotten way better! Our first order has faded bad over the years but seems like these will hold strong! After getting my order a few days ago I just put in another order now I feel the quality is better!

Would not recommend

Would not recommend ordering from this company. I placed an order on the 28th of November. It’s now January 12th, and the order has just arrived.

I had contacted the seller on 3 separate occasions asking for an update on when the package is due to arrive, and additional info re returns if needed. There was 0 correspondence back. Understandably it was Christmas time, and also after Black Friday so they probably were very busy with orders. The order was also for a gift for Christmas, which obviously did not arrive on time at all. However not to receive any information at all is extremely disappointing. I eventually sought out a refund through Revolt and the issue was resolved.

Have ordered from this company previously about 1.5 years ago, and the items are not as of high quality. The prints are not as vibrant, and the base T-shirts are made of a cheaper material. Overall, don’t waste your time.

Similar experience to the other people in the comments.
I ordered two shirts at the end of November as Christmas presents. At this point, they were still being advertising as deliverable in time for Christmas.
However, by 12 December, I’d received no order update or dispatch e mail, so I sent several enquiry forms and e mails looking for an update. I then requested to cancel the order on December 20, having heard nothing back.
To date, I’ve still had a) no order b) no dispatch date c) no confirmation of cancellation. I did receive a somewhat intense e mail to all customers from the company on 24 December offering explanation, but no real update on the situation.
Fortunately, I was able to issue a chargeback last week as a month had passed, and I got my money back straight away.
If seems like the new owner has bitten off more than they can chew and hasn’t managed to right the ship.

Good Quality goods, communication quality bad

I ordered in November an item for my husbands Christmas gift. I read the website, and it stated it would be 5-7 days before I would receive it. I had no update for weeks, even after chasing. Jamie finally emailed me to state the item would be sent the following week and apologised due to being overwhelmed with orders... Which would have been fine, except it didn't happen.
I emailed multiple times and had no further response. I advised I was requesting my money back as the item wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas - I had to do this through the bank as Jamie would not contact me back and I was fed up.
Only for the item to be sent out on CHRISTMAS EVE, with 48hr tracking - bit of a p**s take
I'm now having to go through the ordeal of the bank as the item has now arrived even though I emailed Jamie and said I didn't want it as it would be after Christmas (out of stubbornness)

Even though all this happened, the item is good quality - my partner is very specific with fabric.
But due to the customer service experience, I am very reluctant to order again.

Great items late delivery

Ordered the item on the 20th November however item was shipped in December and arrived a couple days before Christmas. I emailed asking about when it would arrive as I had intended the product to be a birthday gift for my partner however ended up being a Christmas gift instead.

Regardless - the items where of such nice quality and the designs where perfect. Material used if thick and designed printed where very good! Would definitely buy again.

Fantastic tshirts with great designs

Fantastic tshirts with great designs! Yes shipping was longer than first advertised like other reviews have said, but I ordered on black friday and recieved my order way in time for Christmas. In a world where we expect everything to be instant, I would rather give my money to a small business and wait for delivery, than give my money to a prat on a yacht but get it the next day. Had an email explaining the delay in shipping which was good; overall happy with the tshirts.

Ordered 22 Nov. Order never showed up. Emailed 5 Dec, reply saying sorry, they’re working as hard as poss. Fine. Emailed 15 Dec. No reply. Order never delivered. Dispute raised with bank to get money back.

Also been ghosted by doomsday.

Also been ghosted by doomsday.. ordered 21st Nov gifts for Christmas and never arrived. Had multiple emails ignored and now starting the process of trying to get a refund. The irony that Jamie's statement when taking over Doomsday states "My main aim is to keep orders being printed and out our door in 1-3 working days!". Sure, pal.

Not worth the wait

The website promises to ship orders within 3-7 working days, but that is not the reality. I ordered around the 20th of November and the order was dispatched on the 18th of December. They don't respond fast to customer service inquiries. The quality of the item is also not worth the price you pay for it.

Ordered during the black friday…

Ordered during the black friday weekend. Still haven’t received anything. About a week after my order I got an email saying “so sorry if you haven emailed about your order but I am working as much as I can” which was nice because to be updated, but after that there was zero communication or whatsoever. I don’t have the christmas presents in time for christmas now. It was pretty shitty to get an doomsday co email in the meanwhile saying “order now to get your order in time for christmas!” which was a week after my order (two weeks ago) and haven’t received anything. I’ve ordered here before and the quality was good, email response pretty quickly too and overall service recommendable, but this time wasn’t. I hope to get a response through here since apparently this is the way to communicate :(

Placed an order on 1st December for a…

Placed an order on 1st December for a Christmas present. Have tried to contact several times for an update but had nothing back. Really disappointing as I ordered it over 21 days ago and I’ve not even had a dispatch message. If I’d have known it was this slow/poor service, I wouldn’t have bothered. I get that places get busy for Christmas but doesn’t mean that customers shouldn’t get replies or updates. Definitely wouldn’t shop here again.

Unacceptable customer service

I had to get my refund through my bank as the company failed to resolve it and I was ignored for months. This seems to be a common story here. Only buy if you are 100% sure you won't need an exchange or refund, as their after-sales process is non-existent. Such a shame.
