Buyer Beware

I love their designs... but communication is non-existent. I have been trying to contact anyone at the company since last month because I have not received any information about my order from November '25. Email boxes are full, no replies from social media. Really terrible buying experience.

Non-existent customer service, t-shirt quality cheap rubbish

The worst customer service imaginable, they just ignore every single contact you make with them. I ordered a shirt which took almost a month to arrive, and when it did it was the wrong one. Since then I have contacted them numerous times on two email addresses, both of which I know are correct (hello at and jamie at) and also via their website. They haven't responded to a single message I've sent them, they have received them all and have ignored every one.

On top of the dreadful customer service, the shirt is rubbish. The print is poor quality, you can see right through it when holding it up to the light. And the actual shirt is a terrible cut, it's too long and thin, tight across the chest, it has misaligned side seams, I guess they are cutting corners at every opportunity.

I ended up getting a refund from my bank and giving the shirt to a charity shop. Do yourself a favour and just avoid this company altogether. This is yet another bad review added to their very long list of bad reviews.

Ill give a honest review

Ill give a honest review, with pros and cons. The stuff that comes is always lovely and of good quality, and in my experience does always eventually arrive. If you can accept ordering it and not seeing for a long time then I would say is worth it, and I do appreciate there is a warning of waiting times on the website,

HOWEVER

The wait is alot longer than stated on the website, which again is fine if you go into it expecting that, but there is a severe lack of communication. Emails aren't answered at all when enquiring about your order, I feel if you could at least reply to people to set them at ease, at the end of the day people's money is being taken then they're being completely ignored which isn't professional, and I can understand I've seen previous replies I get it, it's a small business and a lot of orders to process but on the other hand other business manage and if you're taking more orders than you can handle then that's not the customers fault maybe rain it back a little bit.

To sum up pros really nice designs and quality clothing which I will continue to order

Cons lack of communication leaving people worried they've had their money taken.

Not having a go just some constructive criticism I hope the company gets on its feet because the stuff is genuinely really nice and you can tell a lot of care goes into the quality and designs.

How do they expect people not to complain about this!?

I ordered a ‘life’s a drag’ hoodie. It took over 2 months to arrive which is fine. I had tracked delivery. But when it finally arrived. It was the completely wrong hoodie! The tracking information even told me that I had ordered the correctly chosen hoodie. They obviously didn’t have the hoodie I ordered in stock and sent me the one I reviewed hoping I wouldn’t notice. Unbelievable!

Wouldn't bother ordering - Over 2 months and still no delivery or response.

I have sent countless emails trying to get in contact about my order. I ordered on the 1st of December 2025.. its now Mid February 2026. While I realise there has been some delay with orders, this is getting ridiculous. My order was nearly $200, so I'm feeling pretty upset about the lack of communication and the inability to even get my money back, and the fact that I will now have to sort it through my bank (such a hassle). I've ordered from Doomsday before, twice in fact, and have always been super impressed. However, sadly, it seems this company is no longer trustworthy to order from, which is a real shame.

I’ve ordered on 6th of December

I’ve ordered on 6th of December, wanted to make some Christmas gifts from their site. It is currently February and I’ve still didn’t receive it. The funniest part is they showed a banner with ‘Order now and you will receive it before Christmas’.

I hope someone puts this owner in jail. Since I’ve first purchased items off this brand I’ve seen he hasn’t ever sent them out on time, he has stolen people’s money and suggested frankly I’m going to see what I can do about it as he needs to see justice.

Please read before ordering
I've used doomsday over a few years and its worth noting that its a small team and is tied with high dive apparel. I ordered a fleece sent multiple emails and got a reply on Instagram from high dive apparel who let me know some garments are technically made to order as they're embroidered by hand by a small team. The delivery will take longer than expected however you can still expect to get a quality piece of clothing.

AVOID

After emailing many times, I have raised it as a dispute with my bank…. And it’s been disputed by the seller!! Yet I ordered on 28th November 2025. No emails no order. Got a £10 “sorry voucher” before Christmas and so my husband ordered again using it…. That was on Christmas Day and shock horror…. No T-shirt has arrived again! No emails or explanations 🤯🙄. Yet I still get promotional emails. I can only take from that that poor buggers are probably still placing orders and not getting them. I mean I think that’s either a scam or fraud right?!

ZERO customer service

Ordered on 11/27/25. It is now 1/20/26 and no sign of clothing. Filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back since Jamie is clearly unwilling to respond to anyone’s emails. Don’t oversell if you can’t produce. I’ve gotten great clothing from them before and was excited for this order, but I have a feeling I will never get it. Don’t waste your money folks.

I give 1 because 0 is not possible

I placed my order on 28 November. According to the website FAQs, delivery should take 2 to 4 weeks, but this timeframe was not respected. The order was only dispatched on 17 January, and at the time of writing, it still has not arrived.
During this period, I emailed Jamie more than four times. I received only one response, which was a general apology email sent in December to all customers explaining there were delays. None of my follow-up emails were answered. I also asked where I could submit a complaint or leave a review, but this message was never replied to, and I had to search for that information myself.
I spent €100 on this order, which makes the lack of communication and transparency particularly disappointing. At this stage, I do not have confidence in the quality of the product, although I will update this review once the package is finally received.
This is especially frustrating as I chose to order here instead of continuing to purchase from Hobojack, where I have ordered multiple times in the past without ever being disappointed.

My order was purchased following the Black Friday sales. I offered understanding that they are a small operation. Unfortunately, not only was my order over a month late, the company had packed the wrong size(too small).
I sent an email to ‘Jamie’ and am yet to receive a reply. I’m unsatisfied with the service and product that I received.

Still waiting for my order…

Ordered a pair of canvas pants on the 28th of November. It is now the 17th of January and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve sent emails and reports through shopify and I’m still stuck scratching my head if will even get my money back at this point.
I’ve ordered a few times from doomsday and have never had issues.
