I did a lot of research to find the perfect replacement for my failing canopy. Luckily I found DoorCanopy. First was the Quality and Look. Next the price but more important the Service. I have left feedback late (fitted late Feb 2021) as I wanted to make sure all was well & it is. I am a bit far from Leeds (Essex) but would give Ten Stars 👍 Result.....

Well pleased with DoorCanopy.co.uk. Service is excellent from the time we placed our order up to the day it was installed.
Neil has been up-to-date with our communications and George, the fitter was polite, came righting date and on time. He explained everything to me and my husband before starting to work on our door canopy. It was fitted neatly and as contracted, took our old canopy away.
Our door canopy now looks lovely.
Invoices were all sent to us as we requested.
Overall experience is a 5 star.

I contacted Door Canopy UK for a domestic front door canopy survey after trying other companies and was immediately impressed by Neil’s professionalism, dynamic approach and willingness to ‘go the extra mile’. I would certainly recommend Door Canopy UK to others in the future.

I am very pleased with the installation and look of my new canopy. The only downside, and the reason I'm not giving five stars, is that Neil did not arrive on the agreed date, and only told me it would be the following day when I chased up.

I engaged with DoorCanopy in May 2020 and paid £500 deposit the same month for the fabrication and installation of 2 door canopies. This engagement was very positive and Neil was very helpful. But from that point on until cancelling the order in March 2021 it was a whole series of disappointments. I feel I bent over backwards to make allowances for Covid, family bereavement etc but in hindsight I am sure there was very little, if any, intention to install. Granted we are in Suffolk and Neil near Leeds but this was known from the start. All in this has been an extremely disappointing experience, with all of the energy coming from my side and I feel illustrates a poorly run business with little to no customer awareness. Finally I should say that Neil, when I got hold of him, has been polite throughout and di refund our deposit eventually.

We are very pleased with the service received from the company. The canopy looks lovely, was fitted promptly and the area was left clean and tidy. I chose Door Canopy UK having observed their work at a nearby house- very glad that I did. Thank you Neil.

Very pleased with my recent order from Door Canopy. George, the fitter, was very careful when removing our old canopy & the new one looks great.
Edited to add:
Unfortunately, we had a leak in the new canopy and the base of the canopy was filling up with water, we assumed that the sealant had not adhered correctly to the wall, we brought this to Neil's attention on 05/05/21. As our canopy included lights (which we paid extra for), obviously we could not use this function all the time there was a pool of water on the electrical parts. Neil promised to have a fitter out to repair the problem on 2 occasions, neither time did a fitter arrive.
We tried to contact Neil again several times, by text/email/phone & now he just doesn't reply to any messages or pick up the phone.
We are now going to have to pay another fitter to come & identify the problem & fix it at our own cost, as otherwise it is a waste to have the lights function.
Very disappointed with the after sales service from DoorCanopy.com & we now would not recommend them in any way.

It took some searching to find a canopy that i liked and so i proceeded with doorcanopy.co.uk. Service was great and the finished product was perfect and much better than the picture on line. Would definitely recommend !

We are delighted with our new canopy and have to say Neil and his fitter were very helpful, friendly and professional.
Neil took the time to offer us several sketches and different design options before we made our mind up and we are very pleased with the installation and how it looks.
We feel sure at least one of our neighbours will be asking this firm about their canopy needs in the not too distant future!
