Paul has been very supportive setting us up on the system and advising on stock levels and delivery times and checking in whenever I've forgotten something or just making sure everything is going ok. Each time Ive rang Doris whoever ive spoken to is so polite and helpful. Everything is explained in detail and very clearly. Every question asked is answered in detailed guidance making choosing the most suitable equipment easy to understand. Members of staff are very patient and understanding. Its so nice to talk to people that know their business inside out.

If you need technical help then it's available at the end of the phone line. If you cannot sort things out yourself, the technical operative can take control of your security system via your PC with an app called 'anytime'. They can then make the necessary adjustments to your system - it's like magic!

My go to shop to get batteries for my alarm system. I was approached by very polite and professional people, Farah and Haka on the phone. Prices were very competitive and product in stock. I am lucky they are close to where I live. Will be returning for future stuff for alarm and upgrade cctv...
