DELIVERED PROMPTLY HAD IT A WEEK NOW AND AFTER TRYING THE CHEAPER OPTIONS BEFORE THIS IS DEFINATLY WORTH THE EXTRA COST

It is still early days for us to give a positive response to how we feel about the mattress we perched but as for the ordering and delivery was very good we didn't have to wait long so happy with that.

As indicated, delivered in good time ,didn't have to wait in all day.

Delivery good but found the mattress much firmer than we expected we are having trouble getting use to it.

My mattress topper is excellent, I have just come out of hospital after lung surgery and I am sleeping comfortably which is amazing considering I have 4 wounds on my back.
So full marks to the people who invented this topper, it distributes my weight evenly supporting my whole body.

Date for delivery was 3rd September and mattress and pillow arrived on the 27th August which was a lovely surprise!!!

I bought a mattress that wasn't very comfy so I upgraded to the deluxe one spending a total of nearly £700. I still don't find the mattress comfy especially for the price. I contacted the company to take advantage of the return guarantee. They said I can return the mattress but because I paid some of the cost through clearpay they had to pay it back to clearpay despite the balance had been cleared, so they have been paid in full. That would mean I would have to wait about a month to get the money back. I don't have a spare £700 to buy another mattress. So I'm stuck with a mattress that isn't very comfy. I have a lot of health issues and the mattress has increased my pain and I don't sleep great due to the pain. I have found this company very disappointing as for customer service they lack empathy or understanding. Definitely wouldn't recommend these mattresses very expensive for what you get.

Please don't waste your time, money or brain on this company.
They will try and charge you for the sleep trial they will try and charge you for collection despite the wrong mattress being sent out by them. Our experience started mid-June and ended the end of August.
The contact numbers you have for customer service just ring out or cut off, so you email, and it can be days, weeks before they get back to you, if they do!
Having completed their sleep trial sleep guide, we selected the firm king-size mattress waiting 2 weeks for delivery
Received mattress had 2 weeks of hip and back pain, so requested an exchange.
Was advised to try the mattress another 2 weeks to relax into it.
Hip and back pain got worse to the point I was getting femoral nerve irritation
Requested the memory foam king-size mattress in exchange, it was granted, and waited 2 weeks for delivery
The mattress they sent was a double, not a king-size.
Email them within 10 mins after it had been delivered, 2 days later, they said they would look into it.
By this time, we just wanted the whole thing to go away, so we requested a refund, and they sent us a collection request with a collection charge on it, we emailed them for 2 weeks about the collection charge with no response. By this time, we were scared we wouldn't even get a refund for the mattress, so we thought if they think we're buying something they'll always answer so we called the sales team, who were very helpful and told them we just want this all to be over so we will except the exchange.
The sales adviser was appalled with the trail of emails/ phone calls and lack of response from customer service they passed it on to their manager to pass to the customer service manager.
3 days later, there was no response. I called the sales team again and received an email for the exchange, including a sleep trial collection charge on it from customer services.
Had to call sales again , and finally, we have got an exchange without any type of charge on it.
This was processed on the 6th of August.
Was contacted on the 19th, and delivery is expected 21st of August.
Finally, it's all going to be over.
Courier came we've come to collect the mattress but we haven't got an exchange, so sent them away.
So now dealing with Dormeo and DXfreight.
Where is my mattress?
DXfreight, we've got you mattress we'll deliver it on the 26th of August.
Finally, we got our mattress, and to be honest, we wished we hadn't bothered.

Dormeo are one of the worst companies I've had to deal with! The matress topper I ordered was a lot thinner than the one I saw on the advert, it was really thin and didn't sit right on the bed. Even though they say it's a 200 night sleep money back guarantee they make it impossible to get hold of the right person to send it back and keep fobbing me off! Don't get anything from them

After having a dormeo mattress previously which was so comfortable, I thought i would try Octasmart Hybrid Deluxe Mattress Double 135x190. This one is even better. I would never go back to any other kinds if mattresses

The octospring mattress topper is useless and a huge waste of £200. It's supposed to be a double but is a few inches too small for the foot of the bed, constantly slides down with no grip, bunches up and actually made my mattress LESS comfortable than before.
I hate this horrible product and it's simply cheap flimsy foam and gives me a huge amount of neck and shoulder pain.

The refund process is hugely complicated and a massive headache so I'm just going to keep this junk but never shop here again.

Superb customer support and aftercare

My product arrived and there was a small issue with it. Contacted customer services and they immediately worked to put it right without any fuss at all. Absolutely superb after-care from these guys.

This is my second dormio mattress topper and they are so good I can't see me ever living without one, I am an older lady with various body pains, the new mattress topper really makes a difference to that.
