Excellent service.
Excellent service after having no luck with companies locally. Very quick to reply to my enquiry and guided me to the part that I required after seeing photo to confirm would fit. Easy payment and fast delivery. Item as expected fitted straight in with no hassle saving me probably quite alot of money. A pleasure doing business with them. Would definitely recommend.

Needed a New Door Lock for my French…
Needed a New Door Lock for my French Doors as my old one was loose and broke and needed replaced. Wasn't sure kn size and how many Different variants there was on Door locks. Phoned up and was talked thru all the options and if I could send a picture and measurement of the keyhole etc. For which as one of the owners stayed not that far away from me popped by and checked and Even came with a few and Sorted and Paid for at an Excellent Price and Service I would Highly Recommend them and will use them again. One Happy Customer

Excellent service.
I had 3 window gearbox lock fail within a month on some 10 year old windows. I correspnded with DGS by email sending pictures off the lock style and was advised of the correct replacement parts. I ordered 1 off with new replacmen handles as well, to try it for fitting on the Friday, and received it on the following Monday, and it fitted perfectly. Ordered the other 2 the next Friday and received them on the Tuesday. My thanks to their team for helping me through the maze of selection of locks and handles .

Nobody in to answer phone.
Ordered a simple 900mm cill, to be delivered 2nd class post.
4 days later, no delivery, even worse, noone answers the phone.
A call to the parent company, Eurotrade, identifies the person responsible "is not in today". A company that doesn't understand the imperatives of the 21st century.
My project is delayed for one simple part, so not a company to do business with in my opinion.
