they are a complete rip off and a cash cow for their profits during playing slots on a couple of occasions if you are close to a bonus I.e you've played enough to have all the icons full on and you try to deposit money to keep the game running it throws you out so you have to log back into the game and hey presto it's reduced the number and power of the icons so you have to start again with the random number generator having been changed as well so you are just feeding them your cash on one slot just as I got the bonus round a sign flashed up there's an issue and it threw me out and when reloaded no sign of the bonus round when I complained to customer services all i got was the hand book replies droned off on screen about how its fair play and not an issue its a total rip off there's no way it's fair gaming and should be investigated by the gaming commission that issues their licence

What is the point of the daily free game when you get to the end of the month and not even one spin. It is a scam. They believe if you log in every day to play the 'free' game there is every chance you will make a deposit. Treated like a child over 'due diligence' and 'responsible gaming'. Spent a bit longer online after I broke my ankle and was stuck at home and found my account blocked. I had to call and agree to a limit on my account, which I discovered is unchangeable for 3 months.
