I’ve been with the site for many years with many changes of ownership but this last change is awful!
They suddenly decided that I need to provide more prof that I am who I’ve been for years there and no matter what I gave them it was never enough! Now I’ve decided that I will close the account they will not return my money to me! Stay away from this site and it’s affiliated sites there are much better and more professional ones out there!

and good reviews are fake from people who work there - they will do anything not to give your money back, make you take pictures outside your house, make you take pictures of every ID you have, a picture of all your bank statements, if its in the wrong format, they wont give you the money for any excuse

The bad reviews are all just people who have lost money, the website is actually perfectly fine and has a good customer service team. Will be back to play again very soon.

Shocking company when your in the middle of a game it will come up your internet is low.
