Well after 10 years with gamesy sites closed my accounts, both virgin and doublebubble bonuses non existent, worst payouts takes 10- 11 spins to win 20p, the bingo still same winners day in day out, and as you see gamesy doesn't respond to the feedback, but they must be losing customers daily everyone on the site complain but as normal response from host down to luck, yer right not with gamesy

I notice a lot of people complain about not winning anything or hardly at all but here’s why. If you’re only going to gamble £0.20, of course you’re not going to see a big return or failing that nothing at all. When you gamble, let’s say £1.00 the stakes are higher. I found that out. the chat game bans are back. This company ban people for winning chat games, but there is no sense to their banning.
Every day Bella30, Cobwebnanny, Drakyri Newfie and Jtsmum win every promo on the site but they have not had a ban. I find it very strange that bella30 and Cobwebnanny bully people , are rude to the hosts win every free game going and have never had a ban. Very strange

Only reason given one star is the obvious ridiculousness of their deposit limits. The lowest you can go is £100 a week. Most sites have £10 per week to set a limit. I've heard many say in groups on fb that they have to take time outs instead of being able to simply lower their limits. This is the only site that has a minimum limit set at such a high amount. I find it very odd. The monthly limits are also high. Why would you set it so high if so concerned about those who might overspend sometimes?

sadly this is fast becoming a witch hunt this is supposed to be about the site which is great yes changes have been made over the years an some not for the better but it is a great place to chat and have a laugh many players have been talking to each other for years and good friendships have been formed.the original post that started all this was just plain nasty no names should have been mentioned at all those that did get named are not the ones who created the facebook page and it was never started to simply rip into others it is meant for peeps to connect an share experiences etc. the hosts do a great job generally as a rule however many do make simple mistakes on a regular basis we all know this and plenty do make comments including many who didn't get named remember it is part of company policy that all staff work in a fun relaxed environment so some are in chat and also doing the shopping paying bills watching tv having a laugh with other colleagues in the office or team chats etc this is something they are allowed to do should they be paying more attention to the work in hand...you decide.some of you sadly form opinions of others just by chat without having ever met in person and make judgement see fit to pass comment why ? we are all here for the same thing, a win is always nice many come for the laughs the banter many have long term illness are disabled or retired, i'd say there is no 'elite' group just peeps who have known each other for years some have met why not just join in have fun instead of coming here to bully slate and intimidate. oh and the air fryer wasn't invented by the player named it was by fred van der weij. lastly have fun get some wins and be nice........

I think jack shouldn't of named the players but he was right with what he is saying. There is a very small group of players on double bubble who think they own the site. They make players and hosts feel uncomfortable. If a host makes a mistake on a promo they go out of their way to be awful to them. I hope the site look into the complaints about these players . The site would be good and the amount of work the hosts put into the promotions is a lot. If they got rid of these players or gave them a ban for a few months the atmosphere would change on what could be a good site . These players did make a Facebook site to be nasty about players and hosts and they certainly dont like it when tables are turned on them. Every dog and karma

I really wish the comments hadn't been posted by 'Jack Frost' as the chat is now awful!! All they're going on about is air fryers and ant. I asked the host a question 3 times and got totally ignored, probably because all they can see is the rubbish being written about the reviews!!

This site is so rigged now to the big spenders. How can I have over 50 1tgs and not a single win get the likes of cereal bingochica max BW in a few hours and countless fhs! Xjokerx - kingkong - vichant a few more than win nearly every other game! Site let’s these players play 24/7 do they not work? How do they fund it. Let’s face it they do not care they let these win over and over because they know they get it back. Site is definitely dodgy now! I have recently been sent a notification regarding myself and a friend of mine who is not a member of doublebubblebingo and only a member of jpj,and that we control the session bingo,lounge and won't allow new members to join in. This is completely untrue. One, I dont play session on dubblebubble bingo or play in lounge. My friend who was mentioned isn't even a member of that site. So how on earth can we Bully members. This is another tactic from the other members mentioned to once again cause as much trouble as possible. This cyber bullying has to stop and something legally must be done. The person Jack Frost who wrote the review I believe is a banned player. This time he/ she has gone too far and yes it is time that Bally/Roxor did something officially about it, before they pick on someone who is very vunerable and stick up for themselves.
Bingo is supposed to be a fun pass time, but these people are not allowing us members to do that.
The only session bingo's both of us play is with JPJ and we always make old and new players welcome.

We have Bella30, cobwebnanny, Newfie & lynn2win1 on double bubble who moan constantly and make snide comments to players and hosts when promotions are on even though they are picked nearly every time and then they have their nasty Facebook page to bully players and hosts on it . When anyone stands up to them, Bella plays the sympathy card. It’s no wonder her husband “Ant” works constant 12 hour night shifts to escape from her. We have to hear about her diet constantly and then she tells everyone to look at her photos on Facebook lol She is like a child who needs constant praise and I think she invented the air fryer as she talks about that all the time too lol
And then we have bern and jumpingpatflash who control session and lounge and don’t let new players join in.
I was hoping Bally would make a difference on these sites but they don’t
