I have paid for the items I ordered but will never order again
I have paid for the items I ordered but haven’t had any confirmation of order, receipt or notification of delivery. I don’t know why I am being asked for a review when nothing has arrived. This review is the only way I know my order has been received and I still have no idea when my order will arrive. Exceedingly poor customer service.

We have located your package and the reason for the delay was a damage to the shipping label which made delivery, or sending updates to us and yourself impossible. We only managed to locate it by calling the courier company and with a lot of help from their local depot.
We have now re-despatched your order into two smaller packages to reduce the likelihood of damage or loss as they are linked together. You will shortly receive all new confirmation and tracking updates. Your order will be delivered on Tuesday, 19.06.18. From Monday you will be able to change your delivery as per your requirements and best convenience.
In addition, we have processed a 50% refund for your order and we hope that you will excuse us for the inconvenience caused as there are things beyond our control. Once again, thank you for ordering from us!
