Absolutely excellent service. I was calling from Texas to arrange for a move of a few things here. Highly responsive and my mum said they were great when packing the items. Highly recommend!!

From start to finish, the team at DPH were professional, supportive and empathetic when moving date just before Christmas did not happen as planned through no fault of theirs. It was a big move for us - from Lincolnshire to Scotland - and we didn't know any removal firms in the area. We found DPH online and read all the reviews and I can agree with all the five star ones. If we still lived in Lincolnshire we would definitely use them again.

An excellent company who helped me to move into my new home. The removal men turned up promptly at 9am and were very efficient at loading the van. They communicated well with me and even helped me to pack some things I hadn't had time to pack. They were left pretty much by themselves to unpack the van at the new house as I had to fetch my son from school and the dog from the kennels. I got back to find everything in the right place and my washing machine and dishwasher plumbed in! Fantastic service and they helped to make a potentially stressful day go really smoothly. Highly recommend.

DPH carried out a removal for my daughter. The two young men were pleasant and helpful enough. Unfortunately due to moving to a new house she had to wait for the building inspector to pass the house. This was done at 15-15. In the VERY SMALL PRINT of her contract it stated there would be a £70 key charge plus VAT for every hour after 14-00. My daughter phoned the DPH office and queried this charge. She was abused and shouted at down the phone making her very upset. THEY THEN REFUSED TO UNLOAD THE REMOVAL VAN UNTIL THEY GOT PAID - BLACKMAIL obviously not a reputable company. But let me point out that on looking at their web site there is a mention a key charge after 14-00 but it is £45 plus VAT - Are you confused or are they con merchants The removal people also damaged one piece of furniture but denied it.

I had replies when posting on the local social media, and I have discovered several people have had horrible experiences with this company. I am surprised that the owner of this removal company does not pose in pictures wearing a Stetson Hat, Boots and a Gun Holster then we can see him for what he is a COWBOY. As for his terms and conditions you really have to hunt for them on the web site, when I finally found them it stated £45 after two o clock not the £75 charged. What person moves house in a house chain, has to wait for completion, it usually takes most of the day. A charge for unloading after 14-00 hours is taking the mick - literally - do not use these firm

I can't recommend this lovely friendly company enough! Very helpful and understanding at what was a really stressful time ! My second move with them and even now I'm not local I would definitely ask them to move me again ! Thank you Deborah, Debbie, Rob and Aiden 😊
