Be very wary of this company. They grip you in with a discount price for the hardware and then charge extortionate prices for the consumables - nearly 50%-100% over and above their competitors.
Small minded thinking and business practices.

I have been using DPSB for many years ever since I bought my printer through them. My orders always arrive super quick and if I ever need any advice or have any problems, they're always extremely helpful.
It's great to have built up this trusting relationship when many other things are changing so much,
I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was a sceptical purchaser, whilst they gave me no reason to be so, as they are an online company and we do IT we are always cautious. Especially if the prices are great for what we want.

Well, very happy. Whilst there was a blip with the courier (genuinely courier says there was a delay at The Hub) and then delivered it anyway which sent us into a frantic frenzy here at the Office / Shop it all worked out in the end.

The new machine is in, working and we are very happy! The prices are brilliant! We had a quote from somewhere else for £1000 more!

Excellent! David went the extra mile and arranged for an item that was out of stock in the uk to be specially sourced from another country and kept me informed during the process.

Great business. You can always use the chat box during normal opening hours to ask if a particular item is in stock. Prompt service and delivery in general. Been using them for many years. Recommended.

Great company, have been ordering printer supplies, and printers, from DPSB for over 11 years and always quick and great service and delivery, and a wide choice of items to select from, they have everything you might need for printing, including inks for older printer models and papers you can't get elsewhere. And if anything goes awry, which is very rare, such as a paper supplier shipping out the wrong item, DPSB are on it quickly to put it right immediately and sort it out within a day. Highly recommend.

One of the best suppliers I have had to work with, ordered a series of items and they began being delivered the next working day.
There was a manufacturing problem with part of one item and Dave Harrison sorted that out their end and a new part was delivered.

I ordered a 24" printer and I couldn't be more happy with it and the way I was treated great coms nothing was a problem even when I live on a Scottish island they sorted everything out for me and made sure it arrived when they said it would I will use again and recommend this company an absolute pleasure to deal with thanks

Nothing cheeses me off more than companies who claim things are "in stock" but then turn out not to be.

Ordered some paper that was showing as "in stock". 6 days later it still hadn't come so I chased it, only to be told they would have to chase it up with the manufacturer. So when they say 'in stock', what they really mean is it *might* be in stock with the manufacturer, and they'll have to order it and forward it on.
Waste of time - I could have had it by now if I'd ordered it from somewhere that's actually got it.

One star added because they do actually respond to emails and communications pretty quickly.

Any issues I did not know the answer to were answered quickly and very courteously. This firm is efficient and
knows how to help. So thankful I ordered my printer from them as I do not live nearby and really need this kind of service. Many thanks

I have been using DPSB for my printer and supplies for a few years now and am really impressed by the customer service. Dave was really helpful recently in resolving an issue when a paper I ordered had been discontinued. I first used DPSB Around 15 years ago and regularly buying paper and ink from them for my Epson 3800. I remember even back then Dave gave great customer service so I was really pleased to see that Dave is still there still giving brilliant personal service! That kind of customer service these days is so rare and I highly recommend anyone to reach out to them first if you’re thinking about buying a new printer or inks or paper. They are experts, based in the UK and you won’t be talking to a bot or a jaded Call Centre worker reading off a script. Just real humans who actually know what they’re talking about. I ordered a new printer over the phone with Dave yesterday and it arrived this morning. Excellent service.

I've recieved excellent customer service from Andy Wright, who I've dealt with multiple times now. He's answered my queries swiftly and efficiently whilst also assisting me in placing orders.
