I was helped by a young man named Philip Morgan. A customer adviser who went out of his way to help me with my query, helping via email and telephone, and taking time to advise me as to which product would suite my needs. I even sent in diagrams that he had a look at.

If every adviser was as helpful as this young chap it would be a better world.

100% EFFORT MANNERS AND APTITUDE

Despite organising a refund on the phone, agreeing to a restocking charge, something I have never heard of before & also agreeing to deducting the postage, I posted the item, have got proof of postage, I thus far have not yet to be reimbursed, Julianna sent an email saying as soon as the product had reached them & it had been checked the refund would be processed. 2 emails & 2 phone calls & a month later we are yet to be refunded.
Will phone again today but we are thinking we shall now have to take advice on the matter. Very disappointed at being fobbed off with these people.
I NOW SEE LOOKING AT OTHER REVIEWS THAT THIS COMPANY DESPITE SAYING THEY WILL REFUND GOODS RETURNED ARE VERY RELUCTANT TO ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS RETURNEDIN BOX UNUSED. BEWARE!!!

When looking for an outside tap solution cam across web site. They had exactly what I needed at a great price - only problem was it was 13:05 on a Thursday and I had just missed the delivery cut off and wanted good for the B/H weekend. Following a phone call I was advised to order straight away and they would do there best to get good to me - they arrived Friday - brilliant service.
However, when I came to fit taps over the w/e I discovered I had ordered the wrong length - so on Tuesday evening sent email asking if I could exchange items. By 09:05 on Wednesday I had be offered extension pipes at no extra cost and delivery for Thursday.
Blown away with this level of service and especially Julianna.

We had an urgent problem to fix (pump had failed) and needed a replacement sent out really quickly - really helpful service desk and prompt delivery of parts. We experienced a snag with the new pump and follow up parts were despatched without fuss - these guys are at the top of my list for our crisis management directory.

Quick easy to use website & delivered on time

Everything ok except that we were told that the consignment would arrive on Thursday and we planned our attendances accordingly. It was delivered on Wednesday which took us by surprise. Fortunately, there was personnel available to receive but that was more through luck than management.

Excellent service, quality product

Many thanks to Kez and the team for helping me when my existing Zoeller 53 pump failed. Great advice and the prompt dispatch of a replacement pump which I was easily able to install myself in 10 mins. There is a well-known company out there that wanted to charge me £500 + VAT to install a new pump saying it would take them 1/2 a day to do the job !!

TRUST THESE GUYS, they know their stuff !

when I e-mailed this company for the size and thread size of the pump they e-mailed me back to say it was a 50mm outlet and not to worry as the hose connector came with the unit. Guess what? the pump arrived without a connector, so now I have the added expence of sourcing and buying a hose connector.

Case t window hinges hard to source found easily.

5* all round service, faultless!

We were uncertain about the length and procedure for an outdoor tap. Originally purchased wrong size. They were very helpful. Gave lots of info and exchanged the tap.

My pump was delivered to the wrong address for starters, but worse still it was just thrown into a box with no packaging and not sealed properly so when it was delivered the box was wide open. All after being charged £9.99 for the privilege.
Rang sales to complain about this and the wrong address and was just fobbed off with no apologies.
I won't be using this company ever again and will go out of my way to tell others to do the same. You have been warned.
