2 f****** years later and still no painting sent to my house. I spent $50 just for them to constantly tell me that the order was delayed due to covid in April 2020. Not it’s MARCH 2022 and I remembered I never heard back from these SOBs and emailed them again. The email was sent back to me basically stating the company doesn’t exist.

It took my order almost a year to get to me, after speaking with customer service numerous times. They said shipping company was backed up due to covid and something happened to the shipment, but that they'd send another one. Seems like they did because I got it. So that was a terrible experience. Then after getting the product, and going through the numbers to paint, I started to realize how garbage the product was compared to the picture that they advertised on their website. Way, way, way less detail than advertised. Colors are completely off and terrible. Basically shipping was garbage, and then the product was garbage. I guess I'm glad I at least got it, but still regret the purchase because I could've gotten a more legit painting from a different company. I highly recommend not buying from this company!

Made an order, customer service is very responsive but end of day - package didn't come and too late to request a refund via paypal. Now I get the, this company is out of business response.

It's been 14 months and still not received! I sent mails throughout the process and was assured that the package was delayed because of COVID. But that "100%" of customers receive their products. I sent a note last week and received a note back saying they have "seized our operations." Further... "we've already stopped all transactions related to our store. This includes refunds and alike." What's so interesting about this is that THEIR WEBSITE IS STILL UP!!!!!

Scam. Avoid.

I ordered a paint by numbers MONTHS ago and it still has yet to arrive. In fact it has almost been a full year. I emailed them and they said that it was on its way and it still hasn’t shown up. Such a scam. Save your money and get something better at a more reliable store.

This company is the biggest scam on the planet. I can’t believe their website is still up. My experience was the same as the others...ordered three canvases and brushes in April... product never arrived... tracking never worked... told I would receive a 10% refund and the order would be resent. Never happened. Received an email last week saying they “seized their operations.” What a disaster.

Stole my money and never sent the product!!!! DONT BUY FROM HERE!! And shame on you Instagram for promoting this on your feed!!!

DO NOT BUY. I made several mistakes with this scamming company. First I saw the ad on Instagram back in March and thought they were a reasonable company and purchased the item. Second I never received a tracking code and followed up with them asking about the parcel in May, there response was due to the covid, so I believed them. In August finally received a tracking code but never worked. Third I followed up with them again in October and said that the packages are all lost but cannot action a refund because they are on the way. Fourth now they say they can action a refund but don’t know when it will get to me (i know I will never see that $40 again). I have dealt with this company for a whole year now and they have been helpless and full of BS.

If I could give a zero I would. In April of 2020 I ordered a painting and received absolutely nothing. In November I was notified that I would receive my refund and after a month of no updates I decided to email and got nothing back. I was notified today they couldn't refund me because they terminated operations but their website is still up.

I ordered mine in April. I’ve contacted them in June or July oh I’m sorry. After that they said they was going to resend it. Never got it. After that they were telling me oh it was due to Covid. It’s getting resend we resent you the tracking. Tracking does not work. This is a horrible company. I keep contacting them to get my money back. But they will not give it back to me.

This place is the worst. I ordered from them back in April as well, I did get a tracking number, but it didn’t work. Like 4 months later I told them I wanted a refund, then they tell me the packages were “lost” and would resend them to me. I said I didn’t want to have them resent and would rather have a full refund instead. Also the costumer service reps are terrible! I’d ask how the refund was coming and they’d say “we sent the request in” “we’ll get back with you” and I’d wait, a month later still nothing, so I’d ask again and they’d say the same things. If I said anything along the lines of “am I going to have to wait another 4 months for a response” they’d get all upset at me, for not being “patient”. Me not being patient! I’m so pissed off! This place sucks I’m never going to order from them again! And anybody that tries I’m going to tell them not too! I doubt anybody would anymore anyway, the reviews are nothing but bad ones.

Like everyone else, I ordered in April and never received my product. I have been emailing with their support team for what feels like months to get the same response over and over again.

I ACTUALLY GOT MY ITEMS.. 6 MONTHS LATER... So, I ordered back at the beginning of April, months went by with nothing, horrible tracking,never getting the item, etc. I was in communication with customer service and did receive responses, but they were not very satisfactory, at the end, about 6 months later I was told they used a bad shipping company and would resend. They did. I got the new tracking number and when they again said I would get it in weeks, weeks went by. I figured, yup, got scammed again by a bogus story, lost faith of ever getting any package from them. Then one day, out of nowhere, a few weeks later, I got a package I didn't think I was expecting anything. Everything else I recently ordered had been delivered. And I open it, it said the shipping location was from California, which was a shock, and there they were, my two paint by number orders. Really? But ok. Thanks. I finally got them I guess. I am almost finished with one of the paintings now and followed every number to the tee but it seems off.. it doesn't look like the pictures. Idk...whatever. I'm so over it at this point. But I did get them. 6 months later...

40 bucks down the toilet. It's been well over 100 days and I never received my products. Instagram should really be more picky about what companies they allow to advertise because these people are crooks.

Don't trust this company to deliver anything with a guaranty. After its dropped off( it could be anywhere) it's out of their hands. Even if you ask for a refund you won't get anything.

Like everyone else, I have the same complaint. Ordered April 10th and still having received any of the items. They sent a fake tracking number and then never answered any of my emails.

Wish I would have found this before I ordered. Same experience as everyone else- ordered April 1, today is December 11th- still dont have product. After numerous emails with "Richard" in customer service, I got the same lame excuse answers everyone else has and have received fake shipping confirmation numbers. What frustrates me most, is i disputed this with my credit card company and then they listened to drawlify instead of me that the product was on its way. Still working through that, but I fear $60 down the drain here. IT is so infuriating!!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM. It's been over 7 months. Received bogus tracking number, and an auto email response saying basically 'tough luck'.
