Horrible. Like literally everyone who orders from this site. You WILL NEVER GET YOUR PRODUCT. I ordered in March 2020. It's December 1st 2020 tomorrow and have yet to receive my package. I disputed charges with my bank. Keep all emails you receive that they keep lying to you saying ita shipped and have no number. They scammed the world during the pandemic.

Like everyone else said, these people are trash. Placed an order MARCH 27, after multiple emails telling me that due to the pandemic, the shipper wasn't providing tracking numbers, to them telling me it finally shipped MAY 16, but of course tracking never changed from "order information saved" so I obviously requested a refund from my cc company and these guys sent me an email saying to cancel the request because it shipped (a month later and still no update). I'm now writing this review in October, product still says shipped and has yet to be seen.

Is negative 100 stars an option? Item purchased in April, never received. After multiple emails and broken tracking links I was finally notified in September that my item was lost. I have since been waiting for a refund. 26 total emails so far, still no product and still no refund. Drawlify is an absolute scam.

I PLACED A BIG ORDER IN APRIL, WAITED AND WAITED ORDER NEVER ARRIVED CONTAVTED THEM TOLD THEM I WANT A REFUND AND THEY KEPT BRUSHIN ME OFF.... NOW IT'S NOVEMBER WITH NO REFUND AND NO PRODUCT. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN, THEY SCAMMED ME AND OTHERS THEY ARE A SAD ORGANIZATION. THEY SHOULD REFUND EVERYONE!!! HOPE NOBODY ORDERS FROM THEM AND I REPORTED THEM AS WELL. IM SO NOT HAPPY.... NOW THEY IGNORE MY EMAILS BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE WRONG.

Terrible experience. Do not order from them - you will not receive your purchase. I ordered in early April. They said it shipped. Then... nothing. I followed up, they said it would arrive within the next few days. It didn't. Then they said it was stuck at the shipper for some reason, in China. (Why did they early say it would be here in a couple days then?) Then they said it was out of their hands. I asked for a refund. They said I should reconsider. I said no. They asked me to reconsider again, that it would make it out and they'd give me a small discount on the next purchase. I said no. Then they said the shipment was lost. I said I wanted a refund .They said OK, but they are gathering refund requests and will "process them all soon". That was in September. What do you expect? No refund so far, and now they don't respond to my followup emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They are not even deserving of 1 star. They are absolutely scammers and have HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered Back in March, at the beginning of the pandemic, and NOTHING. I reached out to them in June demanding a refund and I still have not received one. DO NOT order from them. I have Lost $75 to this scamming seller.

Ordered in April, they said it would take 100 days tor receive, still nothing. No refund, they said they couldn’t ship another order out unless I bought another order. This place is a complete scam

0 stars! Like all these other reviews, I ordered in April and never received my package. I have written to them 5 times now and they promised my package was delayed due to Covid. 6 months later and they won’t return my emails anymore. Definitely a SCAM!

Never received my package (was told it was lost in transport 4 months after I placed the order) and now I keep getting ignored by customer service when asking for my refund.

same with me, ordered in march still nothing, i did a chargeback they emailed me right away begging me to cancel the chargeback, i said ill consider it if and when i get my stuff. 2 months later still nothing. i luckily got the money back from my bank. these guys are thiefs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I agree with all previous reviews. I ordered in April and this is October still NOTHING after contacted them so many times. They have definitely taken advantage of COVID delivery issue. They have no intention whatsoever to refund customers!! This company is a total LIE!

I bought from this company in April 2020 and it’s October with no product and after waiting over a month for a simple confirmation of a refund, still nothing. They have definitely taken advantage of COVID-19 delivery issues. The name I have exchanged correspondence’s with is Winnimie. They have no intention whatsoever to refund customers, apparently. As a matter of fact they will tell you THEY will be very pleased if they can resend you product. If you tell them no and tell them to credit you, in my experience so far, nothing has happened.

Ordered back in March and it's October and still no product. It took until May to get a shipping notification but a month after that, the tracking site no longer worked. I reached out to customer support at least 3 times (June, July) and they told me my product was shipped and attached a receipt but I never received any additional tracking info and they refused to give a refund. At this point I can't even dispute the charge from my bank due to the 3-month threshold.

Could give 0 stars if possible. This company is clearly fraudulent. Ordered back in February 2020. It is now October 2020. Tons of emails back and forth with that "lloyd" guy and no refund nor items i bought. Reported this to my bank and they wont refund me either. How/where can we go to get this company reported and out of business!

I too wish I could give them no stars! Same as all the rest of the reviews. I too ordered as covid project for my family back in April here we are October still nothing. Just back and forth emails from Lloyd Gementiza saying all the same stuff order was lost they have to wait to find order before sending a new one out blah blah blah blah blah Drawlify sucks! So does Lloyd Gementiza! They're liars that just want your money! Please save yourself time and money and move on from this website! All it did was scam me and have my kids sitting here wondering where there paintings are for 6 months now! Smh shame on you people! Hopefully karma comes back to get them! Im out $76.00 now and my kids are still bugging me for their paintings! Such a dishonest company! I hope all of you people they have scammed have turned them in to the better business bureau like i did! Lets do something about it and get them shut down for good!

I wish I could give them no star. After 6 months emailing drawlify back and forth. I finally received the orders today. Everything they used are in poor quality. From canvas paper.. paints and even the paint brush are all bad. DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THE FRAME!!! I thought it will be metal frame with glass or plastic but no.. they send you 4 pieces of wood that connect together and consider as a frame. Great lesson to learn not to purchase anything online unless you know for sure they're legit!!

I didnt even want to give them one star. They are horrible. I too ordered i. APRIL never received my package. I stayed on top of them every month. I have all my emails to prove it. They would do nothing but send broken links to track packages that didn't work. Finally in August after contacting them yet again NOT BECAUSE THEY REACHED OUT ONLY BECAUSE I DID did they tell me it was lost in the mail. Offered a lousy 10% discount. I asked if that was going to take 4 months like the tracking and lost package did. Here it is Oct 3rd last I heard from them was August 31st stating i would receive a full refund. Still no package which they could of have given to me for free and a refund. And i have nothing. I see i am in the same boat as many others.

Ordered in April. Item shipped in June (far beyond 12 day processing time promised.) item arrived in mid-August.

The kicker is that my order was missing items (I ordered framed canvases, they came unframed) and the store purposely ran out the clock to make it impossible to claim with credit card company. Promised a partial refund (after much back and forth) over a month ago. Here I am, still no refund. My emails are ignored. I feel I’ve been scammed but will gladly update if I ever get my partial refund.

Exact same experience as 99% of other reviews. Ordered in March. Got every excuse as to why I have yet to receive it and was told I will not be eligible for a refund until I receive my package. Makes sense for them...I will never get my package or a refund!! Genuinely disturbed and upset to have been scammed so hard. This website needs to be shut down.
