I placed an order in March of 2020 I still have not received my order and have contacted customer care many times, will never support this company again

Terrible! Don’t order here. It’s been 4 months now since I ordered it. They have a stupid cancellation/refund policy in which they just give you the money back when you get the painting.

The company is utter trash - avoid.

I spent $120 dollars back in April 2020. I have not received my products NOR have i been given any shipping information regarding my order. All i receive in response to my MANY emailed inquiries, is an automated response with NO LEGIT EXPLANATION. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Similar to everyone else's complaints. I wish i would've read the reviews. Ordered in April, have seen nothing! Been in contact with someone via email who kept supplying me with a tracking number that never gave me any information. Covid etc expect long shipping, would be reasonable if it hasn't been almost 5 MONTHS!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered in April, it’s August and I don’t have my order. Keep being told it’s on its way. Asked for a refund, which they won’t provide.

4 months after my order and still nothing. I emailed them again and they finally admit that the order was lost in transit...When they were going to tell me that who knows, I only get answers if I reach out personally.....they only are offering to resend the order. TBD if I ever get my product of money back.

I wish there was an option for a ZERO rating as well as i wish i read the reviews on here before ordering. Like everyone else, i placed my order back in April and still haven't received my product...which was a Mother's day gift. Customer service is HORRIBLE. i have a 15 email thread with some guy named "Richard" who finds every excuse under the sun to tell me my order is on it's way and is delayed due to Covid and a "skeleton crew".. he appreciates my patience and as of recent, they located my order and shipments were lost in transit. Such BULL***!!! I've never experienced such bad CS with online ordering, nor been scammed like this so very very frustrated and infuriated. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. My next step is to contact the news station.

This is a scam...can verify all the other reviews. Ordered after seeing an ad on Instagram. 4 months later and countless requests for refund still do not have my order and have not been refunded. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Zerooooo stars!!! I've had the same issue as everyone else! And now he wants me to send my current address... Sounds fishy, so I'll contact the bank and then I'll let him know the same thing.

TOTAL SCAM but here’s how to receive your order....

Me and a friend both ordered a few paintings in early March right when the stay at home order hit in the U.S.

I waited for months and had numerous emails back and forth with their crap customer service telling me they’re experiencing delays due to covid, customs hold up, provided me fake shipping #, etc. etc.

Finally, I reported the charge to Chase Bank and TWO DAYS LATER the package arrived. My friend did the same and sure enough, a few days later she had her package as well.

So lesson learned: never order from these scam artists again but if you already did and your order hasn’t shown up, report them to your bank.

I ordered back in April and still have not received my order! I have complained many times and they do nothing. I asked for a refund and they said I can cancel my order and get my refund after I get my order and am sure I don't want it. WHY WOULD I CANCEL AFTER I GET IT?! These people are a bunch of crooks! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They steal your money and refuse to give you your products or your money back!

i ordered April 7th, it is now August 12th and still have not received my product.. i have been given fake tracking numbers twice and a fake order number.. they string you on in emails when you complain.

Terrible!! Huge scam! Ordered back in early April and it's now August and I still HAVEN'T received my product. I have reached out to customer service multiple times only to be told..." due to covid19, delays.." blah blah. Unable to track my order as it says no product found. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! TOTAL SCAM!

Took almost 6 months to get my order because of COVID. Tracking is confusing because it’s international, however I did get my product. It was stuck on a shipping container for a few mo the leading to delay.

No instructions, BUT the painting is coming out pretty dang cool and has been a huge stress relief! Hope everyone gets their orders but don’t think it’s a scam. Just service you get from other countries.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Pretty sure this company is a scam. Just like everyone else, I wish I had looked at some of the reviews. I ordered in early March and soon to be heading into the 6-month mark-still no product/order received. I have contacted them on multiple occasions. I was never even giving a tracking number. In May, I asked why I had no tracking number and they told me, " oh, it was just updated-im sure you'll get it soon". 15 minutes later I was sent a tracking number. The tracking number led to nothing. each time I tried to click on it it told me there was an error or that the package didn't exist.

I've been asking for a refund for months. They never addressed it in their responses until this month, telling me that, "unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund. Our policy states on the website that you have 30 days to cancel the order after it's received"

Covid has been the excuse every single time. Telling I need that tracking can't even be updated because of covid??? Yeah, no. I 100% know that that has caused delays. But I have ordered other things that have shipped out of the same area and it did not take 5 to 6 months to receive. Not even close. Save your money. I ordered from Paint Plot, received my order quickly, and it was great.

I spent $300.00 on 4 photos in March - Still nothing from them. I have sent several emails with COVID being the primary reason as to why the "tracking service" is down. It is a scam and I think I should just get it in my head that $300.00 was stolen from me

Placed an order on April 17th and received a shipping notification on May 18th. Everytime I check the tracking it tells me nothing can be found. I have contacted support every month and sometimes twice a month and their response is "due to COVID blah blah". They will not provide a refund or any information as to where my order is.
I ordered another paint by number from another company a week before and I received that order last month...it took a long time and the tracking info was sketchy but I did receive it.
Drawlify is shady and not helpful. STAY AWAY!!!!

This company is a SCAM, I placed an order in March for over $60 and I still haven’t gotten the order, it’s August now, tried emailing them but no reply, DONT BUY THIS CRAP. I rather give it to a homeless man or a stripper.

This company is a complete piece of crap. I placed an order for over $100 in March and I still haven’t gotten the order- it’s August! They said it’s shipped but can’t provide tracking information??! I’ve followed up with their support every month to at least get my money back and they completely disregard me and say they can’t. Avoid at all costs!! I wish I had looked at their reviews before, I feel like such an idiot!
