Excellent service from start to finish. Enfield Showroom Team Matthew, Molly and Ethan were attentive, came up with good ideas and nothing was too much trouble. Allowed us to have samples at home to help decide colour and door style. Fitters Joe and Andre were professional and involved us whenever an option or decision existed to seek our view and approval. Also identified improvements whilst job ongoing which further enhanced the finished kitchen. Showroom team kept in daily contact in personal visits or via telephone to ensure we were happy and all progressing as expected, in addition to managing the fitters. Since completion Dream Doors have returned to sign off the job and remedy one very minor detail as well as do a small additional job at our request. Really a pleasure to get work done that not only meets but exceeds expectations.

We are delighted with our kitchen transformation. The guys did such a great job, they are professional and hardworking and know exactly what needs to be done. They work to a high standard to ensure you are satisfied with the result. I would highly recommend them.

We used the Stonehouse showroom to replace a freestanding fridgefreezer with a built-in one. This entailed the removal of some existing cabinets and the manufacture of additional ones.

We had a very good showroom experience - we were advised to take in one of our existing cupboard doors (the firm that had fitted our kitchen a few years ago was no longer trading) and we went through a comparison against a number of samples and were thrilled to find an identical match. We were also able to choose the appliance from in showroom catalogue.
Next a survey was taken to make sure that the right cabinets and fronts were supplied and the fitters new exactly what they were doing.

On fitting day, the fitters were highly competent and considerate, taking extreme care to protect a new kitchen floor we'd had laid! As part of the job, they also cut down the height of our existing plinths which no longer fit due to the new floor.

We had a very short delay with the delivery of one new section of plinth but the showroom communicated to us really well throughout about the delay, and a fitter came back and fitted it inside a week of the main fit.

Would recommend this company highly.

Dream Doors were superb from the moment we walked into their showroom until the moment their wonderful workforce completed their final fitting.

Do not use Dream Doors South East London. I engaged them to change my worktop through a male staff who identifies as the business owner of dream doors southeast in February 2024 and within weeks the leaks started with the boards raising and separating from the worktop. They send someone to repair the leaks but the leaks persists. The leaks have caused damage to the sink, the under-sink cupboard, and surrounding areas. To make matters worse, the warranty certificate I was given contained wrong information, adding further confusion and mistrust since October 2024. Most recently, Checkatrade denied that Dream Doors South East London was a trader on their platform, despite clear evidence that they are listed. My experience has been one of substandard workmanship, poor accountability, and misleading information.

Plenty of choice. Chris was very patient & informative during the planning.
Excellent quality and fitting was exceptional.
All completed within 3 days.
First rate service throughout.
Not the cheapest but as the saying goes - you get what you pay for.
Would certainly recommend.

Dream doors Shirley. Just had kitchen revamped. Delighted with the finished product. Our fitter, Aaron is amazing! So talented and his attention to detail is outstanding. Every evening he left the kitchen spotless as well. I would highly recommend Dream doors!

Ordered kitchen came when stated , the joiner was excellent in installing the kitchen cannot fault him one bit … then we needed 3 handles and one hinge for the cupboard above the cooker to finish it , then the fun began . Paid half the money then he asked for the rest with only the 3 handles left to fit so we paid right in front of him there and then with bank transfer.
Said he didn’t receive it we showed him screenshot of payment , he sent a text later that night saying he still didn’t receive money sent screenshot saying paid another text came saying he still didn’t receive said it must be problem at our end ,texts coming at 8.30pm saying he didn’t receive money,my husband phoned the bank said it has been sent , again another text saying still not got it , 4 texts later he responds saying it went to another account so fault was his , no apologies for harassing texts just kept making out it was our end .Asked about handles said there ordered gave a date to fit no one turned up no text to say sorry or another date organised, communication is shocking!! I text again asking for date for handles again we wait in no one arrives , I text again no response don’t know wether he’s ignoring us or just can’t be bothered replying. I message again said his son will be out to fit 3 handle and hinge oh I forgot about 2 screws to be fitted to socket as socket was moving , son came out without the handles said he couldn’t fit hinge as never done it before and had to phone electrician on how to make screws fit 😂😂😂😂
So 5 times we have waited in and no joy , again someone was ment to come today and never turned up and no text to say sorry .
So my husband has bought the handles himself and will fit them, the sales person you can talk the talk but you can’t walk the walk ,
Communication is shocking and can’t take responsibility for anything that goes wrong , it’s always someone else’s fault.
Had to take half the rubbish away ourselves didn’t even come back to ask how kitchen is or anything, once he had the money that was it!!
No interest now he has the money .
In hindsight now I wish I’d have kept rest of money until last 3 handles , 1 hinge , 2 screws was fitted.

Right from the start they treated us with professionalism and care and we're able to meet all our needs. Their workmen carried out the with the up most care and exceeded all our expectations. We were more than pleased with the outcome and as such have transformed our kitchen.

Great experience end to end. From website, show room, home visits & installation. All staff excellent. We had 16 kitchen doors/drawer fronts replaced. Highly recommended.

An easy process from visiting, choosing the design abd prompt visit to our home for measuring up. The fitters were considerate, polite and extremely professional. We were very pleased with the finished job.
Our only criticism was not being kept informed of delays in a start date. I didn't mind having to wait a few weeks longer than promised but a courtesy call would have been appreciated instead of me having to chase. And would have allowed me to make plans without wondering if my kitchen would be fitted that week. But having said that the workmanship was superb.
