I didn’t know much of the process, it was my first car bought with leasing, however he made the process so smooth and easy going, so I didn’t feel any pressure or discomfort, not even for a moment! Customer service is crucial for a successful company. Dreamlease customer service is the standard all companies should aspire to. It is truly outstanding. I have leased EV's for 5 years , always with the well known providers. I had never heard of Dreamlease. From my first conversation with Charne I was immediately impressed. Charne put my mind at rest and handled my lease request extremely effficiently. I was passed to Debbie in admin who handled all the paperwork. Incredibly, in less than a week my new lease was confirmed along with delivery date and registration for my new VW 1D5. I'm sure the rest of the Dreamlease team are great but Charne and Debbie deserve special mention
