Great communication and effortless process
I requested a call back to discuss the options on mileage, and Martin was more than accommodating when he called the following day. We discussed what I was looking for in a car and he helped calm my fears about having an electric vehicle on a personal lease. Upon accepting the quote Martin called back immediately to run through the application which was approved instantly. Really easy and seamless process which I didn’t think was going to be the case. Would definitely use again and will point people in their direction if asked.

BEWARE!!!
BEWARE!!!! Leased a brand new e-c3 aircross from DreamLease and the car arrives missing advertised features. The car WILL NOT allow remote climate control or charge scheduling. Dreamlease and Leasys are now ignoring my emails and calls. I have had no choice to escalate to the financial ombudsman. Do not use this DreamLease or Leasys if you value customer service!

We would like to clarify that vehicle specifications and advertised features are supplied directly by the manufacturer, and unfortunately, we do not have control over the advertised functionality or what is included on individual vehicles. However, we completely understand the concerns you have raised regarding the remote climate control and charge scheduling features and can confirm that Leasys are actively investigating this matter and have remained in contact with you, most recently yesterday. While the agreement and final resolution sit with Leasys, we will continue to stay closely involved and are actively supporting discussions to help facilitate a fair and reasonable outcome.

Firstly a super competitive price - now that is always going to be attractive. But the customer service, speed of responses and processing ease and efficency were remarkable. The best experience I have had with privately leasing a car. I dealt with Charne Headech throughout and she could not have been more helpful. Today I decided to contact her to get a delivery update, she was out but her out of office directed me to the correct number and option. The phone was instantly answered by Adrian Archer, who checked the information in seconds. Advised he would contact the dealer and come back to me. He did so within literally 2 minutes, and then advised he would contact the delivery company to ensure there were no issues. Like Charne, friendly, helpful and efficient throughout. A genuinely exceptional customer experience.

Easier than expected!
I dealt with Charne Headech
After registering my interest she contacted me and when I didn't reply after a few days, sent me a follow up email to make me aware that the lease was time sensitive.
Once I had responded she cracked on and we got the deal settled in an afternoon- thus getting the best deal.
Communication was good. It was easy to do via email and speaking to Charne on the phone. The process was easier than expected !
She explained re her role and how the finances worked.
Hoping the car will be as good when it turns up - but all seems to be going well !

Excellent service from Anoj at DreamLease. From first contact the process of application to ordering the car was less than a week. Very professional and extremely helpful.
