I think you should improve the description of each product and pictures, because for my last purchase, for example, I wasn't very satisfied a cause of the colour of jeans, totally different from the picture, the washed effect was much more strong then the photo...so I decidet to keep them, but I'm not very happy!

Good, but should do more improvements.
I like to buy at dressforless, but I think you should have do something to build a costumer loyalty.
There are many other Shopping - websites that when we buy often they given a free delivery for example.
I think, your delivery cost ist too expensive.

You are a super company. You are quick and efficient both with deliveries and with your response to any queries by email. Also, you are quick to refund on returned goods.
I have one question to ask, "Would it be possible to have a search menu? " Sometimes it's nice to brouse, but there are times when it is not convenient. To give you an example, I always look for 'high waisted' jeans and it takes so long to find any scanning through hundreds of pairs. Also, I think you could give more detail of where to easily find the extra discounted items.
