We have different promotions on our website on a regular base. We always state how long the current promotion is valid. Because of the vary of promotions, it can occur that a certain item is more expensive as it has been with the previous promotion or vice versa.
To give you an example: during one of our campaigns we offer 25% extra discount on top of the dress-for-less outlet price. During a new promotion we offer 50% discount on the recommended retail price (RRP). That is why it can occur that this item is more expensive during a campaign with 25% discount on top of our outlet price then during a promotion with 50% discount on the RRP.
Let us clarify it a bit more:
A pair of jeans has a RRP of € 109,95 but we sell the jeans for € 64,95, then this is our outlet price.
During a previous promotion we offered 50% discount on the RRP, so we offered the jeans for € 54,97.
The next day we a promotion where we offer 25% extra discount on top. Then this same pair of jeans is again sold for our outlet price ( € 64,95 ) plus the 25% discount on top so you would pay € 48,71

Very bad customer service
I will not recommend this shop to anyone. My ordered goods never arrived because of a mistake made by the delivery company which sent the package back to Germany instead of to my place.
Dress-for-Less would not resend it but made a refund - but the amount refunded was delivery costs excluded (and they won't refund it, I asked). Very nice work - I have to pay for delivery costs for a package I never got!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - GOODS NEVER RECEIVED
I purchased some Jeans which I had bought previously exactly the same brand and size, and the jeans which arrived to me in Australia were too small. I had to send them back and paid over $55 for the privilege. I was then mucked around for over 2 months regarding an investigation into the jeans sent from Australia to Germany and told they are not there. No explanation etc. I have spoken to Australia Post who advised me that it sounded suspicious. I am now $130 out of pocket for the 2 pairs of jeans and $55 for postage. It appears that the company has decided to keep the goods and not send new items to me. Very disappointing.

The Best online shopping store for clothes!
I am almost an addict! Ever since I stumbled upon dress-for-less, I am spending a lot on clothes, and the returns are also easy and convenient. Just one thing, I believe you should do away with the delivery charges from 50€ or 100€ and upwards. Otherwise, I give 5 stars for everything ! The selections could be better from time to time. Sometimes, it is the same old stuff for a long time. Introduce more brands please! :)

Awful customer experience
Fully aware that you must bear the cost of returns yourself, however was not not expecting them to be one of those companies that claim to have not received the returned parcel (even with tracking information that shows receipt of goods at their depot). Unacceptable.
Do not trust them with your money: they do not care about their customers.

Ordered items almost a month ago customer service very poor items went missing through Dhl and they have to investigate so I have no clothes and they have my money. Very frustrated trying to sort this out, really poor experience with dealing with them.

Frankly, not worth a quarter of a star.
Transport very expensive and if something is wrong, you have everything you as a customer to pay for transportation, and you just return the money product. You do not want to lose even 50 cents.

I lie your website and how it works, however I prefer to see more Marks and famous brands specially for shoes like Unisa and Tamaris.
The shipment cost is a bit high, comparing to some other websites which offer free shipping! so I check first if I could find that special dress in other website with free shippinh and then come back to your website.
I already ordered some clothes and my friends suggested your website which is worthwhile shopping from.
